Property Ratings at Radius Turtle Creek
There is a terrible mold problem in the whole property and in the bathrooms especially. I definitely was in a constant state of illness from the exposure hidden behind the walls. Things are constantly broken: the elevators, the gates, the trash chutes, the treadmills, something is always broken and even the third party phone app you use for the gates glitches - yes you NEED an app to enter your place of residence - you don't get a fob. The new property management took over and made this place a nightmare to live at and jacked up the rent hundreds of dollars at renewal for no reason. I expressed my concerns directly to them and they shot down everything I said with rebuttal and no remorse or general concern for our living situation at all. The property is constantly filthy now. There was a huge carbon monoxide leak that caused several people to be hospitalized and left residents outside without any explanation - communication with the new management is amiss. I'm honestly concerned for anyone's physical well being who lives there and their pets! Other residents on the first floor had their apartments flood furthering the mold issue. The pool had a bacteria issue and turned green from the infestation and they didn't fix it for months. I happily moved to another community for my safety and urge anyone to stray away.

We have recently made necessary repairs to our gates and have not experienced any concerns. We take every report to our leasing office with the upmost of importance as the well-being of our residents is our top priority and when made aware of a CO2 incident our team was onsite and completely halted all work being completed in the garage where this occurred. The new management company is unresponsive, and seems to care very little about the upkeep and integrity of the the building and common areas. Trash chutes are often clogged and overflowing, and the trash dumpster/garage is gross. Rent just i creased by over 20%. Recently found a building that is 10 years newer with a better, fair lease. One more point- the building and units are outdated and tired.

Would not recommend it for the older style layout in the unit I had, specifically the square cut-out for the old box TVs. Would recommend it as a nice safe quiet place to live that is still close to many things in the city.
I would recommend the community because of the staff's professional, courteous and caring nature.

I would recommend because of the staff; Megan, Steven and the whole Maintenance staff lead by Salvador. There are apartments and condos all over Dallas that are as nice or nicer/newer. The staff sets Radius Turtle Creek apart.
It was the only apartment tour that made me feel like they wanted me to live there instead of just doing their job. I'm also obsessed with my fireplace

I very much enjoy living at Radius. I would like to see some upgrades to the amenities. The pool area could use some character and the elevators (mainly Welborn) seem to break down fairly often. The office staff and maintenance team have been great.
I love my apartment and the community/office/maintenance staff. The walls and floors are just thin so the noise is a little more than I hoped for.

The staff and amenities were great. Unfortunately there were a lot of issues with other tenants. Trash left in public areas, animal waste left everywhere outside and even inside sometimes.
I just want to say that the maintenance staff is one of the major reasons we renewed our lease with the Radius Turtle Creek. We have never waited very long for help and always had friendly and competent service. Kudos to the entire team!
Great location with access to Katy Trail and walking distance to many places like supermarkets or nightlife. Maintenance and staff are personable and respectful. Neighbors are fine to live with.

There was a several month delay in diagnosing and getting a solution. Things happen but it still has an impact on the ability to rate highly.
The property is centrally located with easy access to many Dallas amenities and sights, and the management team, truly make you feel welcome part of the community. In the past 15 years w've gone through many management companies, so far Lincoln has been the best and most competent, in my opinion. Kelly and Rene work very hard to make that statement a reality!

Besides problems with our specific unit (mainly pest problem) most amenities are okay. Good part of town and convenient for our job commute.
I love the location of the complex and parking garage has enough spaces. There are a lot of projects constantly going on around the building. Recently the door handle was broken off on one of the main doors with access to the building. Maintenance is very prompt although most of the time, just does the quick fix option, not what should be done. Some of the office staff is very helpful and genuinely care about my experience (Jessica); other members of the office staff have been very lacking.
Location is good, loved my apartment unit in general. But, security in garage needs to be better, outside maintenance needs to be better (ground typically covered in trash), and contact with office needs to improve.
Lincoln staff have been excellent! I?ve been here 3 years and see it go from good to awful to good again. Wish the outside was more nicely landscaped. Issues with my apartment were caused by old management who used crappy materials to remodel. Floor is cheap and granite countertops are not sealed.

The entrance to the parking garage is tight and needs mirrors.

I think the location is great and the apartments themselves are very nice. It seems as though the residents of the building do not do a very good job of cleaning up after themselves, and that the building maintenance or are in charge of day-to-day cleaning, get behind.

Super convenient location and nice amenities and security features. The garage is super gross, though- it needs to be power washed. I know that's on your wish list, and that Juan is super sweet and great about sweeping it daily, but it really needs a good bath instead :)

Great location. I like that it's not too large unlike the HUGE complexes around Uptown. I also think the amenities are great. It is a little pricey but that might be the standard.

This building is in a perfect location if you need a good price and want to live in UpTown. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. It may not have all the upgrades of the newer apartments but it is still nice living. All the neighbors are quiet and respect each others privacy for the most part.
The Marquis on Cedar Springs is a smaller complex, which gives it a nice community feel. Only 10 minutes from downtown and Deep Ellum, it's the perfect spot for someone who wants to be near the action and nightlife of the city, but nestled in a quiet corner of Uptown. Katy Trail is a 3 minute walk away, and there are coffee shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance of the complex. The only downside is a club on the bottom floor of a commercial building across the street that gets fairly loud on Friday and Saturday nights. There are monthly happy hours and brunches organized by the staff, fitness classes twice a week in the gym, and even a farmer's market across the street in the summer. The Marquis on Cedar Springs is a cozy place to call home without having to move to the suburbs.
