I went to view these apartments and they look nothing like the pictures whatsoever. The lady that was giving us a tour had no idea what was going on. I asked her some questions and she could not answer any of them. She also told me there are always loud kids running around and never anywhere to park. The apartment we view had holes in the wall and paint peeling off the bathtub. It looks like they spray painted it and then ran the water.
I have been living in this property for about 3yrs. It's really great and peaceful place to live. It has been renovated and colored. it looks beautiful. Everything is taken care by the management. great management and great people. I always recommend this place to whoever wants to move in anytime.
Trash is thrown all over, and place is infested with RATS. Check with current residence before move in, or you will be disappointed with your decision.
Avalon 8801 management is too good. Associate JAZMINE is one of the best Consultant I've ever seen. She really understood my concern helped me to find my apartment using virtual video tour. She clarified all my questions. I'd 100% suggest this property.
while I was researching, I passed many apartments just because their reviews were terrible. This one has overall great reviews. Seems it's a new management. While the property is pretty old, there isn't any amenities at all (except pool which is also closed now), I found the new management (specially Jazmine) very accommodating. She upgraded the apartment mostly to our liking even though we're renting for very short-term. I'm happy to stay with good people without some amenities. They, however, needs to continue working on the property to give it a modern look and also keep up with the timeline. Some of the works took longer than initial commitment and I understand that given they're doing many renovations in the property. I would love to see pool open as soon as it's safe rather than blindly keeping it closed "forever"!
I got keys on Friday first let’s start with my apt that i first apply for they rented it even after i had applied and paid but since there system wasn’t fully working they needed more money to process my application but i called and the lady stated i would receive an email not knowing i waited to find out i needed more money for my application process after moving in i left came back to start bringing stuff when i walked in to a kitchen covered in roaches i then bleach the hole apt then came back out moments later i waited for the office to open up on Monday after buying everything Home Depot had for them i was told by the office first they would call me back i called them they said wait until Friday remind you it’s Monday these things are doubling in population Tuesday i went in to the office because i couldn’t take anymore i felt dirty sick disgusted i can’t even eat or shower without seen these things i am afraid one will end up in my bed i went to speak with the apt manager kristy who is really rude not only to me but also to her employee that was trying to help fix she wouldn’t even speak to me i then ask for corporate because at this point i have paid for a place that is infested with roaches and this place is unhealthy and unsafe i was told to take pictures i guess then don’t believe me the apt has an nasty smell that i can’t get out it’s really old nothing like the photos on the website
I recommend this community because the in-staff are awesome and so quick to respond but the external service agents really took a lot of time to identify and resolve.
I feel safe here. Workers are amazingly friendly. I don’t care for how only the front is manicured so nice & the farther back you go things change. I would love to see a little fenced in dog area being you allow them.
Living at Reflections has made a world of difference. Perfect location for work, shopping, schools, freeways and restaurants. In addition the neighborhood and community is beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. Staff is dependable. I will be renewing my lease term.
Common areas could use upgrading.. Laundry room washer and dryer are very old and dirty. The facility work out room is very small. I think there should be cameras installed for safety reasons.
I would recommend Because it's location is good. I would not recommend because two-time I got news of criminal activity in the mail box area with in one month which makes me worry about security. When I was moving my big stuff and I am living on the second floor. When I arrived here with my stuff and helping persons to unload the stuff, I saw that they were fixing the stairs without prior notice. I had to wait for more than 2 hours until the stairs were fixed. By the way, that time was lunch time so I had to buy a lunch since I had two kids with me. If stair fixing was an emergency we should have been notified over the phone about this incident so that we can plan accordingly.
The rent was rather expensive. I understand there is a "what the market will bear" mentality in our country based on profit requirements. It is unfortunate that this leads to rent being more than the average house payment.
The neighbors above me were noisey. I would recommend a top floor apartment. I had a bug problem with roaches and then ants. The office and maintenance staff were great. Prompt and polite.
I would warn them about safety! There are regular groups of male walkers and some wear bananas over there face and the mail box break ins.
Great maintenance work even though the apartments are very old.
I would definitely recommend , this is a safe,lively and good living environment!

This apartment complex is very family friendly, and it is a great price for the location and quality. We love the big porch, all the walking trails, and how close everything is!
