It may not have the flashy reputation of San Francisco or Los Angeles, but Sacramento embodies the very best of what makes California so unique. The city is well known for preserving its history, from early settlements like Sutter’s Fort to the gorgeous 19th century architecture of Old Sacramento to the artifacts in the Sacramento History Museum. Pop culture and the fine arts are well-represented, with local stages hosting symphony concerts and rock shows and galleries displaying works by the old masters as well as modern upstarts. The local restaurant scene is famous for its heavy emphasis on “farm to fork” principles, making it one of the best places to find fresh, locally sourced food.
Those living in Sacramento love to take advantage of the mild climate, whether that means biking the River Trail, taking the kids to Fairytale Town, or heading over to Sutter Health Park to catch a River Cats baseball game.

Property Ratings at Regalia Crest Apartments
If you’re smart you’ll stay away. This place is way too expensive. The hallways stinks and smell like mildew. You’ll get roaches and bed bugs. They do try to get it sprayed down but only if everyone agrees and not everyone does so you’re left with roaches and bed bugs. The parking is horrible. One per household . But if you have guest over they have to park in the street. The guest parking is always taken by other renters because you only get one spot per household. Stay away the only people who live here have no choice. The good reviews are lies. Go see the apartment for yourself. The smell is overbearing. I’m glad I left when I did. For the price they’re charging I found something else. The only good thing is the location is close to shops and the freeway.
I ONLY wanted to stay for a short period of time due to my job but it's been 2 years now and I still live at Regalia . Few time management has changed but new management is doing some improvements. I mainly stay to myself but I like my new neighbors. Manager got me a new tub which I like it. Pricing is ok.
I moved into these apartments about a year ago and recently moved out. The staff can be nice, but there are times when it feels like there's no management to the property whatsoever. I locked myself out of my apartment once and couldn't get a hold of anyone and eventually ended up having to pay for a locksmith. There was a bug problem in my complex and something always seemed to broken, most of the time they'd be able to send a guy to fix things though. The parking is HORRIBLE even if you have an assigned parking spot there's no guarantee someone else might just borrow it (or the person you share a spot with might have a vehicle a bit too large) and there's only so many guest spots available which always seem to be filled up by the same few cars. Overall for the price it's not the worst place to live, but I would not move back here.
If you like to living with cockroaches and flies, just come to live in this Apt
I have lived here for about five months and the first few months seemed to be okay. Until the bugs started creeping out of nowhere! Roaches and gnats seemed to be showing up out of the blue. I am a very clean and orderly person. Constantly bleaching my counters, taking out the trash, and mopping my floors. So I am assuming there is a problem with the inner infrasturcter; inside walls. So complaining to management is a waste of time because they are already doing what they can with the exterminators. I bought some Raid and sprayed it all over the walls and floor boards and it seems to be keeping them away... for now. I hate to be a nagger... but... a heads up, the WORST things ever here is parking. I go to school full time and work part and my significant other works full time. We have completely different schedules so there is no way to carpool; which is what this complex recommends because you can only have ONE parking space! You have to park your second car somewhere along Watt Ave which is horrible! If you want your car broken into and stolen go ahead and park it out there! What complex seriously only allows one space?! I don't really know the new management because we just got someone new. But, our maintenance man is great! He always says hello to us and is quick with fixing things when we put in a request. Although, I do hate to ask him to do anything because he is the only maintenance technician in this whole complex! But he is a very hard worker! They do tow very frequently which did happen to a close friend that came to visit when I first moved in. I took that bill because she came to visit ME at my apartment, so I couldn't let her pay 500$ to get her car out. I cannot stress enough how horrible the parking situation is. If you want a quiet complex, close to the freeway, and a horrible parking situation then this complex is for you!
Regalia crest apartments are indeed a luxury to me n my children we are right across from grocery outlet dollar store 7eleven..etc including the kids school its very convenient for my children and I because the have the city bus to and from school...regalia crest also have kid friendly activities during the holiday season a nice refreshing pool plus a jacuzzi and elevators included if you don't wanna take the stair.I'm a content longterm tenant and a happy.make regalia crest your home??
so , first let me start off by saying these apartments are INFESTED , INFESTED , INFESTED!!!! ROACHES EVERYWHERE . no matter how many times you spray, bomb, trap, or clean your place the roaches never leave! the parking is bad! you get one parking spot which is fine but if you have more than one car then you can prob forget about getting a visitor spot. theres is about maybe 10 visitor parking. at first they was towing cars like crazy , they towed mine on the first day i moved in , even after the paper that the office had us sign said we'll get a warning. let me not get into that. but anyways. Julia , she is something else but she is a sweetheart.she does her job very well, so did sebastian but he no longer works here. i think we just started off on the wrong foot due to the towing, which btw cost close to 500 dollars to get out. they respond quickly to maintance . rent did go up which is understandable too. but 140 is alot. uhm they fixed the pools, we have holiday parties which is nice. is very close to everything, literally about 6 minutes both ways to walmarts, I-80, across the street is grocery outlet, 7-11, dollar general and like round tables, a great mexican place and chinese place. the I-50 is about a 10 minute drive down watt without traffic. the other only bad thing besides THE ROACHES and parking is the entrance and exits. there is only one way in and one way out. so many times ive been almost hit because its kind of a blind spot. oh and there is alot of stray cats but they are all friendly. but once again its a pretty cool apartment. if it wasnt for the roaches i'll rate it an overall 8 but since there are tons of them then its a 1.YOU'VE BEEN INFORMED.
Regelia crest apartments is an ok apartment complex it's nice and quiet pretty clean a well maintained. Although there is no easy was access in entering or exiting through the drive in gate. Another con has been traffic, and parking. Over all it's ok!
Good place to live especially if you are on the budget
I am so excited to go and speak with sebastian today about possibly becoming a long term resident at The Regalia Crest Apartments, all of my questions were answered in a very patient and willing to help manor, I am looking forward to my appointment today!
