Riata Park

Well I’ve been living here for over 5 years and I’m officially done. Actually writing this review while it’s 45 degrees in my apartment again. Rent goes up every lease and that’s fine if every thing is working but unfortunately stuff is falling apart and not getting fixed. Weed smoke is everywhere and bugs are out of control as well. You get charged for pest monthly and they only come out once a year. I could put certain people on blast but I’ll do that once I move out

Current resident and I enjoy living here not a lot of noise going on. Great and friendly staff they take care of anything that you need. And it’s a Good neighborhood

I just renewed for my second year, I love it here. My neighbors are great, the staff is great, Stephanie & Bethany have been very helpful to me. I live in a one bedroom, its the perfect size for me & my cat.

I have been here over a year. At first I though this apartment complex was great. Until my AC broke and I called emergency maintenance over and over and never received a call back. I was coming home to it being 87 degrees inside and it was stagnate, no air flow. They supposedly “fixed” it when they did start coming around and it wasn’t. Then I started waking up to my walls and floors soaking wet and dripping with water because of how humid it was inside. This went on for 5 months. I didn’t even go to the city and withhold rent, which I should have. I would specifically call and say that my AC was broke and explain the humidity and they would come and check every sink and tub and dishwasher and would say no there’s no leak. Well no really? I didn’t call about a leak. After I had the manager step into my apartment and see how wet and hot it was, only then did they replace my AC UNIT the next day. I had to pay $100+ each month for my apartment for just trying to keep it cool. Now I’m dealing with what feels to me a roach infestation. How would you like it if you’re in the middle of cooking dinner on the stove and you see them coming out of your oven. No thank you. I even asked them to bomb my kitchen and they never did nor did they get back to me about this. If you dNot want to stress or waste money don’t trouble yourself. Just go elsewhere.

We’ve lived here about 6 months, and we love it! The management team is super helpful, they definitely do their best to help you! They spray for bugs every so often, they have a courtesy officer on the property at all times and laundry rooms spread throughout the complex. Every apartment gets covered parking. We honestly love this place. The apartment looks very nice and any issues we’ve ever had were fixed the same day. I highly recommend these apartments!

Not to mention the constant smell of weed from people downstairs !not rent here!!! Disgustingly rude office staff! You constantly feel like your an inconvenience when you call even with a simple question. The property manager is so rude! I've called for maintenance several times over the past couple weeks and still have yet to see one maintenance person come to fix things! This place is a joke! 24 hour maintenance is a joke because God forbid something happen at night esp if your a.c. goes out they claim their staff doesn't work when it gets dark out. Never again! Do not move here oh and if you do make sure to ask to see the apartment they are giving you because mine was disgusting! Broken floors nothing was cleaned even the second time I told them and they has their cleaning people come still nasty and nothing works!

I've lived here for about 3 years now and I love it! Nice and quite neighborhood. Free covered park is a must. Right by literally anything you can think of( stores, schools, library, mall, restaurants, dog park, animal clinic and hospitals). The office staff are awesome and polite. They definitely are a big help and try their best to quickly resolve any issues you may be having. I have recommended most of my friends here and they love it as well. Overall I'm satisfied!!!

This place is a dump. Shotty repair jobs by non English speaking maintenance. 20" tile? Where? Bugs everywhere, high water bills. Do NOT move here. Mgmt is awful

These apartments are lovely it's a nice quiet neighborhood the management is great and polite. If you have kids they have a playground that is a good spot to take them too if it's not too hot being in Texas it's almost always hot but on a cool day it's nice. The nice thing about Riata park is that you have the north east mall that is just five minutes away as well as some local fast food and other restaurants. So if you like the convenience of having lots of great places close by come live at Riata park

Decent place for the price but wouldn't want to live here more than a year. The pictures show ceiling lights but there are only two small lights in the entry and hallway and in the kitchen. It is very dark even with several lamps. The management team act like they care about issues but they will just send someone out to tinker with your issue and claim it was fixed or that there is nothing they can do about it. Our A/C runs all day because the system is old and insulation is a joke so we have a huge electricity bill and sit in the heat all day because it really doesn't cool during 100 degree heat. Several residents smoke and it easily goes through the walls to the neighboring apartment.

I love these apartments. The office employees are very friendly, and any request goes through pretty immediately. The walls are very thick and quite noise resistant and the lay out is very open and spacious. Huge bathroom and walk in closets! Most beautiful apartment I've ever had. The apartment complex is located right in between Dallas and Fort Worth, near the Northeast mall, multiple grocery stores, and fast food. Everything is just a quick drive away! My only concerns is that no matter how clean my apartment is, I'm often faced with bugs. No matter how many sprays they always find their way back, and I'm on the second floor! Also, the apartment complex could do with more amenities, like a gym! Over all, fantastic apartments. Would certainly recommend and would most certain renew my lease.

Hate vacuuming? Me, too! All of the rooms in my one bedroom apartment have beautiful floor tiles, except the bedroom so your morning tootsies aren't cold.

go look at all the reviews for tan tara club. its the same apartments all they did was slap some paint on it and change the name. worst management company i have ever dealt with!!! they dont fix anything, they dont let you know what they are doing and just come into your apartment with out knocking. they came and changed out my perfectly good lights (taking away the one that had a fan so now i no longer have a fan in my dinning room such a bummer) and i had no idea they were in my apartment changing lights until they came into my bedroom to change that light and woke me up (i work nights) they never apologize for anything just stare as i complain and say ok and never do anything to fix it. currently my kitchen sink is broken. we heard a weird sound and looked under the sink, it was very slowly spraying out in one area and leaking in another. idk how long its been doing this but its a mess under my sink. we went to the office and told them about it and they wrote it down on a pad and said they would take care of it. they didnt do it that day (ok there was only 2 hours left til the end of office hours so thats ok they will do it in the morning) nope didnt come this morning so at 1:50pm i called the office about it. she had no idea what i was talking about and just kept going on about how they usually are on top of stuff like that (yea no they arnt, i've lived here longer than you've work here. dont lie to me just fix it) but says she will talk to them and get it fix. but they didnt fix it today. tomorrow is saturday, i will call again but i highly doubt they will do it. ive never had them even respond to me on a saturday. but i will try. it really stinks under the sink. id like for it to get fix really soon. its so hard to do anything when you cant use your kitchen sink. just dont move here. there are other apartments in this area that are cheaper and more expensive than this place and they are better than here.

MANAGEMENT HAS NO COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! NEVER DO WHAT THEY SAY.

The pools never open. Laundry rooms don't work and maintenance is a joke. Look somewhere else. Save yourself. Do Not move in here.

I would never live there again!! Managment is awful
