Need to live here.
I use to visit a friend at this apartment,I really loved being here nice,quiet and comforting but its very hard to get an available apartment, this place i really want to live love it here...San Marco my dream rental home.

i love san marco villas as i am entering the complex i fall in love all over again living here is very serene nice maintenace people work hard to provide great service the office staff as well is there to help i thank God that i he gave me such a wonderful place to live

Nice place
It’s a peaceful place to live. The staff are friendly and polite they fix issues fast and the only fall back is the garbage dumpster some people that live in our community don’t have a clue on how to dump their garbage. I’ve live here 7 years to date.

Looking for apartment
I am trying to move in this area , I stopped by without appointment and even that the manager was busy , Mrs Rivera was very attentive and friendly , gave me the information I need it and even showed me around . The areas are clean and is quiet just what I need .

DONT MOVE HERE
I lived here for almost 10 years. The first few months were great and then everything started breaking down and they refused to fix any of it. And always think of new ways to take your money. As well as the trash always being Underground. All the gates around the building are always closed and step one. I would give place Zero Stars if I could?

Yikes...
This place has a great deal of hidden potential for its location but unfortunately it seems that there is an abundance of little or no care for the upkeep of the area. There was trash literally everywhere.

Ughh
I lived here for 9 months. Everything breaks and no one comes and fixes it. When we moved in it was roach infested!!!!! DISGUSTING! Their pest control didn’t do anything. So we had to hire Terminex to get the job done.

Worse Place To Move!!! Don't Live Here
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Dirty! Unprofessional! Worst living experience I have ever had! Do not waste your time the management at this complex is awful! I have maggots in my apartment do to Garbage disposal not working for 3 months. Closet doors fall on me all the time! I've called an called an only response I get is that they are short staffed an will fix the problem soon. It's been three months. Some of my neighbors have mold an leaking fosset for over 6 months. Nothing has yet to be done! Only thing they care about is collecting the rent! If your 1 day late pass the due date, you have an eviction sticker on your door. They should have the person who puts the eviction stickers up fix the our issues! They work much faster than the handy man!!! No lights on at night. Parking lot is pitch black. Channel 12 News Even Came For An Interview. They closed the office early to avoid them. Pools never open! There's no Gym! No Security! They Sneak An Tow Your Cars!

GREAT LOCATION
this is the perfect location for shopping and the palm tran bus route. walmart, target, kmart, lowes, khols, and so many more restaurants and stores are in walking distance. anything you need is right there, including murphy gas station and walgreens on each corner of congress avenue. the apartment i have is 3/2 and the closets are huge walk in closets. the bedrooms as a whole is pretty large in size. it has front and back pool, fitness room and the office is open everyday except sundays. the property is maintained well. its nice and clean but no security gate keeper. thats my only concern. it is surrounded by the water wish makes it really nice to look at. it has a small play ground for the kids but i think there should be more for the kids to play. the area is managed well and i am happy to call this home.

kind people-hi falutin community
we were turned down- weren't told why, although we were promised a letter, which we never received. Would have liked to know what we were up against. Didn't really want to climb 2 flights of steep outdoor stairs to get to apartment anyway, so it worked out okay.

Love the location....very conveniently located to everything.... great maintenance service.that does a remarkable job.... Polite and very helpful office workers beautiful apartment great view ....am new to Florida but I couldn't have chosen a better apartment Complex to reside
