Property Ratings at Seawood Village
We live on the north coast of California and are about two miles form the ocean. We absolutely love our two bedroom apartment here where the Redwoods meet the sea. All utilities are buried with no power poles or wires, obstructions showing. The maintenance crew are the best at grooming this complex on a daily basis and the management fixes all complaints, problems promptly. We couldn't ask for a better place to live.
These are one, or the best apartment complexes in Crescent City. The manager is very friendly and understanding willing to help everyone with anything. The staff is amazing they maintain the landscape clean and maintanice is on call for any emergencies. The apartments themselves are well kept and super clean you don't have to worry about any household bugs unlike alot of other places they have roaches, seawood does not which is a great relief. The have a wide selection of models you can pick from and they are all very spacious woth your own cat garage. The village itself is friendly and calm great for families.
