Mediocre
Safe but outdated. Nothing for little ones to do here. Clubhouse not functional for the residents. Pool are leaves a lot to be desired....

Outdated
Safe community but dated. Nothing for kids to do here... club house we can’t use/rent. Poor internet access( included) lots of cable issues( included) Otherwise it’s quiet, not terrible.

Worst Management
Don't get fooled by their charm and kindness. Right after u rent from them it all goes down hill, worst at keeping up with maintenance, favoritism amongst themselves, a tenant can't use or rent the clubhouse , but the maintenance and workers can? We the ones who pay he rent! Always late for their notices and worst customer service I've experience renting out a unit! Will be my last yr at secret lakes under GoodManagement.

Downhill fast
Secret lake apartments 3 yrs ago was lovely with nice families but now is unkempt and filled with loud music, slamming doors constantly and screaming neighbors. The apartment itself is nice with modern fixtures and high ceilings but the complex is in a word awful. Wish I could say more positive things but I can't. When my lease is up I'm out of here.
