Relaxing, full of greenery and exotic plants all around, great location near the beach. Dog friendly and surrounded by cool Floridian wildlife. Love it!

Roof leak that is obviously not new and not being repaired correctly. Lily in the office has been so helpful throughout the whole moving in process though. The gates rarely work. It would be better if they just took them down.

I really do love it here, but I have seen a lot of aggresive breed dogs. Pitbulls, German Shepards... I've actually been almost bit twice by Laboradors. In the past it wasn't this way.

Been here over a month. Everyone in the office seems friendly and helpful. Had to turn in a few maintance requests and it did not take them long to get to my request. Lawn is kept and the dumpster cans are emptied daily. Very pet friendly. Over all, this is a nice place to live and only 3 miles from the beach.

Sheridan Ocean Club has consistently provided us with an excellent living experience. The maintenance services are reliable and efficient, and we are very pleased to call this community our home.

The apartment is great. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, usually within the same day. The pool areas are clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is the entrance gait. It’s always broken or the guest code we have doesn’t work and we can’t enter through the back entrance gate. Also the key card to the gym area doesn’t work and we usually need someone else to let us in.

This is the Best location to live close to stores, park, beach. A lot of sports opportunities. Tennis court, pools, dog park, comunitty events etc.

We have lived at Sherridan ocean club for almost 4 years and it has been a great experience for us. We will be moving soon for work, but thankfully we found a sister Highmark property in our new city! Excited to continue the wonderful relationship we have with Highmark Properties

My resident experience has been tremendous. From the amazing amenities to the wonderful property staff I could not ask for a better place to live.

We have lived here for 5 years now. Overall I love living here. Maintenance staff are phenomenal and quick to respond when an issue arises. Leasing office staff varies over the years but overall everyone there is helpful and responsive to resident needs. They have been making lots of improvements the last year or so. Wish there was something they could do about the bugs though. They are getting bad.

Great property, great amenities, great location, great maintenance, great staff. Sheridan Ocean Club takes care of its tenants and provides a fantastic living environment. The only downside is that Front Gate security could be more secure. The "gated entry" is rarely gated and anyone can enter at anytime. And they do.

The maintenance team here is the best! Very attentive and helpful! We recently got locked out of our apartment while away on a trip and we came back to the batteries in our door being dead. They came at 11 pm and fixed for us! We appreciated it so much! We are about to renew our lease for another year! (Year 4)

Sheridan Ocean Club is amazing. I love the updated apartments, the pools and amenities feel like I am at a resort and they have welcomed my furry best friend with open arms. I love walking the paths shaded with mature trees and seeing all the neighbors also enjoying walking, biking and more. The proximity to the beach and Dania Pointe is the best! You have a Publix and Walgreens within walking distance and the gated community makes me feel safer as a single woman. You are going to LOVE living here!

My resident experience has been good overall. The community feels safe and friendly, which makes it comfortable to live here. The staff are always ready to help with questions or problems, and they respond quickly when something is needed. The location is very convenient, close to shops, school, and transportation. I also enjoy that the area is clean and quiet, which makes it easy to relax at home.

Great place to live! Nice amenities! Two pools! Walking distance to the beach and two parks! Fair pricing. Large floorplans. Big walk in closets. Modern interiors. Balconies.

This is a lovely place to live everyone is super nice love all the pets in the community love the maintenance staff they are a big part of living here it truly is a pleasure to deal with staff maintenance and just everything that surrounds this community.

Very nice and peaceful place love the silence I have been able to sleep a lot better than before The apartment has all the necessities one would like and expect Fantastic space and the high ceiling in the living room is beautiful

This definitely a good all year round feeling good place to live , also the maintenance crew could’ve be better , always on point and fast respond , last but not least , the office team , great attitude and always great to work with tenants any issues …. I had a smooth move in and I am loving it so far,Lily was very helpful for the whole process and her communication is on point. The community and the people who live her are nice and it is clean here.

We just moved here but it already feels like a dream! The personal is super nice and the location is awesome! Very organized and quiet community.

Our family can’t stop enjoying those amazing pools the community offers. Thank you for taking a proper care of the areas. The pool sites are always neat and the water is clean.

Been here almost a month and so far so good. Had to turn in a maintance request and it got fixed right away. The only complaint we have right now is, we wished events were posted on the events tab. Like when a food truck is coming. The trash containers are emptied daily, which is very nice. They have poop bags in every building. The grounds are well kept.

Office staff is friendly. On move in day, they didn’t have all of my stuff ready. The gate is pointless and really just inconvenient since it doesn’t actually keep non residents out.

I have lived in Sheridan Ocean Club for years now and I love it so much!! As someone who was born/raised in south fl, Sheridan Ocean Club has been my favorite location with so many amazing spots/activities that are walking distance, reasonable rent prices, awesome variety of community events, and beautiful amenities.

My experience as a resident has been very positive overall. The community is well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled in a timely and professional manner. The staff has always been courteous and helpful, and I’ve felt safe and comfortable living here. It’s a peaceful environment with convenient amenities, and I appreciate the efforts made to keep residents informed and supported.

Driving in feels very safe and peaceful. The area is well kept and the sidewalks are lined with energy of people and pets. The fresh apartments feel spacious and well maintained. I feel safe as a single girl here and can't wait for memories to be made here.

I love living here because the buildings and community are well-maintained. The landscaping is very attractive. The location is awesome; just one mile from the beach; two nature parks within easy walking distance. No bugs in the apartment!

Overall great experience living here. Office staff is responsive when needed. The maintenance staff are 10/10 when an issue arises. Bugs are bad during witching hour but they are bad everywhere else. Wish they would add balcony cover to the units like ours that are missing it. Looks like at one point we had it before we moved in. We’ve been here for 5 years now. Great safe place for kids and dogs.

The place has a nice area around it — clean, green, and safe. The gym inside is awesome: modern machines, a lot of space, and good lighting. i really like it

FANTASTIC staff and maintenance workers. The grounds are kept as clean as possible but struggle due to a subset of tenants who treat common areas as their dumping grounds. Empty bottles and cans are left PILED HIGH on common area tables and Monday mornings look like a frat party war zone at the community pool thanks to disrescptful tenants. The trash and disrespect of common property is to the point where one wonders if there are subsidized rents or tenants not officially on a lease living here. Speaking of clear disrespect, if you require handicapped parking, or have elderly family wishing to visit, this is NOT the place for you. Many current, fully physically abled, tenants deliberately occupy handicap designated spots. The level of respect here is non-existent. Consider somewhere else.

Love living here! The community is so beautiful and quiet. They hosts events for the tenants and the staff is easy to reach! The apartments are nice and modern and there’s plenty of parking. The amenities are state of the art and constantly kept clean.

10/10 best decision I did moving here super happy and blessed to be part of this beautiful community on Sheridan ocean club and have the pleasure to call this place home

The landscape is kept up so beautifully. The renovation to the gym is great. The complex is quiet and close to the beach. Location is convenient.

Just moved in under a week ago and already loving it! Such a beautiful, scenic community. Have enjoyed taking evening walks around the property. Neighbors are friendly, respectful, and helpful. Working from home, I am happy to live in a quiet building in a corner unit. The staff have been great so far during the lease signing and move in process. And can't beat the location- 5 minutes from the beach, and within 10 minute drive to plenty of stores, restaurants, bars, downtown Hollywood, and the airport!

Since moving here, I find that this neighborhood is quiet, cozy, and super friendly. There’s always events for the residents to connect, and the neighborhood is well taken care of. Happy to live here!

Maintenance and office team are responsive and assist on most issues. Unfortunately the dog park is still in poor conditions. The rest of the property is well maintained.

Experience has been great and I love the community. The staff throws awesome events and has multiple food trucks brought on property each month.

Great service at the front desk with Erick. He explained everything to us with calm and patience. The appartement was clean when we move in.

Today, I joined pilates class in tennis court and I was amazing.We meet Nia our instructor and she is incredible. I hope we can have those classes more ofter. It is great idea keep our community fit, healthy .

The move in process was great. Very quick and efficient. All the office staff was extremely helpful and willing to make it work for my move. Great people.

The maintenance staff here are phenomenal. Whenever we put in a ticket it is handled right away and in a professional manner. My dog loves all of them. We have lived here for almost 5 years now and have enjoyed living here. There have been some ups and downs with the office staff but currently they are staffed with a helpful and courteous bunch. Only complaint is not all the buildings have awnings on the balconies but it looks like they all use to have them. I wish they would add them back to the ones missing them like our unit.

I like living here, but i reallly wish that they would invest in canopy's for the 3rd floor apartments so that you could actually sit out there and enjoy your balcony, otherwise it's impossible as it's too hot and your fully exposed.

This is a nice place to be! Pools, parks, beach, gym, shopping centers, grocery stores, accessible to the highways and you name it. There are nice views in the neighborhood. Nice landscaping and pretty Mediterranean style buildings

Strange experience recently. Asked about an apartment’s availability - were told it would become available to look at in July. Asked a bit later from a different office employee and learned that it had been leased

I love living here! My apartment is perfect for me, I love how sunlight illuminates the whole place, and my cats really enjoy sunbathing. The community is also fantastic and being so close to the beach is great.
