I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Shoreline. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, responsive, and respectful. I never had a maintenance request open for more than 24 hrs and the office team typically responded to any of my emails or phone calls within an hour. It's very clear that they care about their residents and are interested in maintaining long term relationships. I was extremely sad to leave the property, but unfortunately, circumstances out of everyone's control dictated the move. I hope you choose to make Shoreline your home - you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I moved here at the end of January from Minnesota and it had been the perfect home for us in a new place! It’s in a great, central, safe area. We’re 15 minutes from the ocean, the bay and downtown Norfolk! The schools nearby are great and we can walk to the grocery store and Mount Trashmore. Management has been helpful and maintenance has been great! Any issues that have come up have been managed in a timely manner. We’ve already decided to stay another year!

My girlfriend and I have been living here for about 3 months now, and I have to say that my favorite thing about this place is the neighborhood itself. I rarely hear sirens, there’s a rabbit that comes out at night, the ducks come right up to you, and the squirrels almost don’t pay us any mind, and most of our neighbors greet us and strike up short conversations with us.

My boyfriend and I moved in a little over three months ago, and we love it here! Everyone is super nice, and the place offers fun community competition like raffles, and get togethers for each holiday! If there was ever an issue they respond very quickly, but we haven’t had anything wrong ?? thank you shoreline! It’s so much fun here!!

This is my fiancé and I’s first place together, we moved here back in February, so about 9 months ago and we haven’t had any issues anything or anyone. If we need something done, they’re usually pretty quick. Probably will be here for another year or two

I am new to the complex, but I have appreciated the help Shoreline has given me throughout my stay thus far. They have been quick and helpful through everything. A great starter apartment that I would highly recommend.

I recently moved to Virginia from another state and Shoreline made it seamless and easy! I am loving my new apartment and how helpful the employees have been in making my transition smooth.

I would recommend it for singles, for families, for anyone who loves suburb neighborhood in the city. Strategically great place for everyone.

Living here for about 2 weeks now and we love it so far! We noticed right away that the staff is very helpful. Maintainence is quick to show up. The grounds are amazing. They're well-kept and the pond is beautiful. I especially love the easy access path to Mt. Trashmore Park. Our kids love it here. We live right next to Food Lion which is very convenient. However, their late night deliveries are very noisy and I'm a light sleeper. That's the only downfall for me.

I love Shoreline! I was here a lot when my good friends lived here, and when my husband and I decided to move to the beach— we knew exactly where we wanted to go! Great community, safe, very friendly team at the rental office. even though this Covid 19 disaster spread maintenance thin— there’s still a quick and friendly response. No bugs! I can’t handle living somewhere with a bug problem. If I see a creepy crawly, I just give a call and pest control takes care of it within the week. I give it 5 stars!

We have lived at Shoreline for about 1 and a half years. We love walking around the lake with our dogs and everyone in the community is very friendly. The staff is helpful and is always friendly when we call or go to the office.

Very Disappointed. Strongly reconsidering our once positive perception about the staff and the way things are handled.

We have lived in many apartments prior to coming to Shoreline and nothing has been as comparable! The maintenance team is very friendly and quick. The office staff is so sweet. We are very happy here!

We are enjoying our second time living at Shoreline Apartments! The office and maintenance staff are incredible. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an enjoyable and laid back place to live close to Town Center and with our own access way to Mount Trashmore!

My little family just moved here. With being right next to the park with a baby on the way it’s wonderful! As well as the staff! Absolutely nice and helpful. Any problems we have ever had they are there every step to make sure we are taken care of. As well as any fixing that needs to get done, they answer very quickly. In love!

My husband, infant son, and I have lived at Shoreline for about 6 months, and we love it! It's quiet, peaceful, and clean. The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to our questions and requests. Shoreline is also in a great location - we love walking to Mount Trashmore, Food Lion, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Plaza Azteca. The rent is also fair for what you get, and we're super excited to enjoy the pool this summer!

We just moved here about one month ago and shoreline is amazing!! I think the patio is my favorite feature. We love to sit out there and watch the sunset. The little lake is awesome now just waiting for that pool to open ??

We have been residents, we have been living here for four years and have been extremely happy. The office and management staff are very personable and attentive to all resident needs. The community is quite, convenient to shopping and is pet friendly.

This complex is in a beautiful area of Virginia Beach and minutes from anything you could want or need. You are surrounded by shopping and dining options, only a few miles away from Pembroke Mall and Lynnhaven Mall, and right off of I-264. As if that wasn't enough, you are close enough to the oceanfront that you can enjoy the beach at any time, but aren't inundated with tourist traffic during the in-season.

I looked at this place 3x & decided to move in while receiving 3 quotes .. after moving out of my old place when It came to actually sign they stuck me with the highest quote! The apartment Mgr herself did this! Just make sure you sign the actual agreement before leaving your current place! These are the following problems since living here 7 mos ~ 1) Wasps in apartment and I had to treat them myself ~ 2) Cockroaches which threy provided exterminator ~ 3) I live on the bottome floor & I can hear EVERY foot step above me. Along with other activities :( ew! 4) During this horrible winter the walkways went unshoveled.~ 5) They do not clear duck fecies from walk way and with the low area sidewalks whenever wet is horible on shoes and trample in your apartment~ 6) The water aka sewage backed up and flooded and the Mgr that was on duty bever even came to check on us residents in this particular bldg.. I was left to clean all this up on my own! 7) You get (1) assigned parking spot .. even if you have a 3 bedroom! 8) Now I know why they demand rental insurance before moving in . The hazaderous walkways and the water problem. 8) I pay $30 extra a month to live on the lake .. only to have have my upstairs neighbors being allowed to place a satellite dish outside my front door :( Really? Like really! The Mgr does not takes the view point "residents should deal with their issues amongst themselves" aka the satelite dish, soo unprofessional to say the least! 9) You can rent a home for the same or less and get a better deal, nights sleep and less drama. consider that option first is what I would advise to anyone looking here! 9) The best and olnly thing about this place is location without a doubt!
