Silver Hill at Arboretum Apartments

My experience here at Silver Hill has been great. Close to all shopping, neighbors are friendly, property is kept up. The office staff is efficient as well as maintenance staff. Safe community to live in.

Silver Hill is great place to live. I feel safe. The office staff is excellent, kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is great and always quick to help. Very clean place. A beautiful,always clean,swimming pool and an exercise room. Friendly residents. I’ve been her for 10 years.

So far everything is going well only the smoking situation right outside the front entrance. I believe it is a deterrence to potential to new residents who would consider Silver Hill as their new residence and the current residence with allergies.

This is a great place to live at multi- cultural, diverse, very conveniently located to any businesses you need, They are within walking distance.

Fairly quick move-in. Quiet and clean hallway. Very convenient location: near mall, multiple grocery stores and interstate. Medical center is just 10 minutes away.

The community is great. Access to all local stores and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly and the grounds and maintenance of the property is kept up. I like thr community.

2024, the atmosphere at Silver Hill has gone up, its quiet, & relaxing, the neighbors now know how to respect each other, since the ones causing problems have been removed, Beth is doing a fantastic job. It's like a brand new building the way it was back in 2008. It's now a place you can call home & invite your relatives & friends. Bravo for SilverHill.

As this year swiftly comes to an end I will be approaching 4 years as a Resident if I decide to renew my lease. Currently nothing has changed as to me enjoying my home here. The Property manager and her Staff are AWESOME!!. I appreciate all that she does to make the my stay here pleasant!!

So far to date everything is going well. There has been some issues regarding roof issues with the heavy rains we have had but they have been on top of the issues. I was impressed how well they took care of they issues. My only other issue I have is regards to future rent increases. I am on a "VERY" tight limited budget and I don't know how much more I can afford. I do enjoy living here. Thank you.

The people here were very helpful helping me and my family move in and helping me with learning what to do and not to do where to put trash and where to wash my clothes

The maintenance service has been impeccable here at Silver Hill twice I had to call for maintenance service and each time I had gotten an Immediate response. I really feel safe and secure here at Silver Hill

The community is constantly being improved each month.Beth and her staff do an amzing job taking care of all the residents.It is relief knowing that we matter to them. Each and every day there is strong communication .Good or Bad behavior is always adressed in a professional manner.

Been nice living here. I've made some friends, get along with neighbors, and people care about each other. Loving the new flooring in the common areas.

When you have a problem and call they come and fix it as soon as possible . They are very kind and explain why they are fixing the problem the way they are. They will come back to see how everything is working on the next day.

The community is a nice place to live in. Great friendly neighbors. Dog friendly and great access to shopping. Feel safe and secure. Nice place to live.

As I’ve stated previously I love the community out here at Silver Hill the staff is always attentive to our needs and the property is always very clean

It's moved in a week ago tomorrow, so far it a great place for me to live. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the neighbors that I have met appears to be friendly.

I found the residents here are very friendly and caring. Very nice and clean environment, trouble free atmosphere. The maintenance are on their job when something need to be replaced or repaired. Management is always willing to hear your concerns. I feel safe in my apartment and around the housing complex.

Our move in experience has been great Beth, Silver Hill Manager was wonderful. She was and has been patient, knowledgeable, and most of all kind. I’m still loving my Silver Hill community,Terrie really keeps the building smelling so good and that’s impressive and important because I’ve seen other communities that smell like a nursing home

Like the revised community room.Beth is still CONTINUOUSLY doing a great job.like a reminder notice for the residents to be mindful of loud music after midnight.The maintenance staff friendly and attentive all the time.Super start to 2024.

Community is improving. Everything can’t change overnight. The staff is great. Beth, Terry, Maintenance, all great! The community room has been redone. One suggestion is quiet time should be in forced. Some people are very loud at night in halls..

Nice ,quiet place to live. Neighbors are friendly, they keep the place clean. I have enjoyed my experience here. I have been here since late July 2023. I love that they decorate for all the holidays, makes the property festive. The office staff is efficient and gets back to you in a timely manner.

For the most part it’s quiet on the third floor. We do however have a few peeps roaming the hallway. Not funny! This community of seniors tend to look out for one another and help out the ones that are in most need or at least we try very hard to.

So far every thing is going good I have noticed alot of service request are being handled in a timely manner. I like the new flooring that was installed on each floor. So much easier to walk.

I’ve been living at Silver Hill for 9 years. It’s home to me. Great staff, exceptional maintenance service, always quick to help.wonderful cleaning staff. Beautiful, well kept grounds for walking. Beautiful always clean swiming pool. I feel very safe here.

Silver Hill is a nice reasonably quiet place to live. Centrally located, quick access to shopping, the interstate and many attractions. Easy access to groceries, retail shopping and restauants. Friendly neighbors. I do wish they would create another exit closer to Oyster Point road.

I'm approaching my 3 year mark here at Silver Hill. I must say that I'm still enjoying my home. I thought of several other places I could move to for a lesser monthly price. Right now I'm enjoying the Peace and Quiet which is Priceless. Beth our Property Director assures that our Community is Safe, Clean, Peaceful and Quiet. Maintenance is Friendly and Efficient to my maintenance needs. Keep up the Great Work Staff.

I would appreciate it very very very much if you would PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put a brighter light bulb in the lamps at the front entrance and at the side door at Oyster Point, a couple of times I was taken by surprise by someone walking through as I was coming in from dropping off a family member. I love living at Silver Hill although I will have to leave soon (sad). The management is fantastic and the housekeeping and maintenance crews are top notch. Thanks for making this such a wonderful place to live. I will miss you all! Mary Ann , Rm 220

Rent is too much for the size of the apartment, have a problem with a bad odor that comes from the bathtub after it rains. They will turn the water off and don’t give you no notice.

So far everything is absolutely perfect, no problems at all with Silver Hill and my neighbors are just the sweetest people ever, now, just to get the move-in finished…WHEW !!

My experience here has been great! The only issue I have is the fire alarm, which can be frightening at times. Other than that...awesome. I feel that it's a safe community and I love that it's pet friendly.

Loving my living space, also I like knowing Shopping is right around the corner. My neighbors are cool and glad to be there as resident .

It's been nice here so far. I would like for the fire alarm not go off every other day. That is a little frightening. Other than that the neighbors are friendly. I like the apartment just enough for me and my dog.

It is OK for what it is. Not a bad place to live. Friendly residents. There needs to be a bigger effort from management to care for the property.

Great place to live! Location is close to restaurants, shopping and the airport. Beautiful surroundings along with a walking trail. Public transportation available too.

No problems here. I think it is well managed and fine choices here. Nice community room for people to get together. Nice apartment to enjoy when you need quiet of have visitors over. I’m very happy with my decision to move here

The move was awesome. I really am loving the community. Everyone has been so welcoming. The move in was flawless and the apartment is what we have been looking for. The property manager is awesome.

Staff helpful and friendly Building is generally quiet good location any kind of shopping within easy driving distance and many forms of entertainment close by

I really enjoy living at Silver Hill! The people are friendly and the staff are always courteous, efficient and also friendly. I can always count on the Maintenance Team coming to my rescue within hours of putting in my request for service and they are always polite, respectful, fast, thorough and efficient. Thank you very much for keep the residence extremely clean and always smelling fresh, for having fresh coffee during the week and for keeping the grounds meticulously groomed and the grass always freshly cut. I’m very pleased with my apartment. I’m pleased with the office manager. The office manager is very helpful. She takes care of issues in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

Tenants are warm, friendly and caring. They always speak when passing in hallways. They are like an extended family. They are very caring, and always have a smile for you.

Living out here has been a Joy. The community is Quiet and Peaceful. In our Golden years this is a Bonus especially for me. When I come home from work that's all I need. Kudos to our New Director Beth.. She is Amazing!!. I don't know how many more Years I will call this place my Home but for right now I would recommend it to anyone whose looking for A Peaceful and Comfortable place to Live.

The experience here is a home from Home. We are treated with Dignity & Respect. The managing staff is always listening & see to our emergency needs. She leaves no resident behind.
