Update: Maintenance requested on 10/2/22 for leaky toilet through their online maintenance system. Reminder request sent 10/5/22. It is now 10/10/22 and it has not been fixed. DO NOT MOVE HERE AND DO NOT MOVE YOUR PARENTS HERE! July 2022 Do not move here! Do not move your parents here! Unresponsive office manager. Uncaring management/ownership. People are afraid to complain for fear of being thrown out. Difficult to get maintenance requests completed. During 2021 lease year they changed the terms of their lease contract to place the cost burden on several utilities on to the tenant. These are seniors with low income housing needs and were told they either had to pay it or PAY to break the lease and MOVE OUT! Beware of Silver Oaks. Stay away!

Stay away
Lack of air conditioning unless you are capable of moving a bucket of water from the A/C. The condensation drips onto the dryer. So a bucket sits on the dryer to catch the water. My sister has a difficult time getting the bucket off the dryer to the sink. These are Senior Living apartments, seniors should not have to move buckets of water when the A/C is on.
