Much to say... living without air conditioning with a newborn paying the highest value for rent, we have had to put up with temperatures inside the apt up to 98 degrees, the administration does not seem to care, when we have been reporting the problem since the summer last summer and this summer they fined us for reporting that the air conditioning does not drop below 85 degrees inside the apartment, added to this we have had infestations of cockroaches, wasp nests, the Gym has not been in operation for more than 3 years, the pools they close them constantly, we put in work orders and they remove them or say that they already repaired and it is not true and we have had to put up with the smell of marijuana.

Walkable! Library, po, stores just a block away. Service requests are tended to! Pet friendly, clean. Feel safe.

I just want to say that I appreciate the kind office staff here at Solare apartments. Any time I have an issue they take care of it immediately. I have lived in many different apartment complexes and appreciate quick service when I do have to call maintenance over repairs or issues . I will definitely be referring my friends and family to rent here

It is hard to see the value of living here anymore. Just in the last 3 months we have had our car towed, mold, and a broken AC. Our car was towed without proper notice nor did they notify me that they had towed it when I asked about it. I thought it was stolen and they even called the cops for me instead of telling me that they had towed it for expired tags. It was $300 to get it back because the towing company charges per day if it’s not picked up and I had no way of knowing they had it. We had black mold in the apt. The first work order was ignored. We even received an email stating they had come and inspected it when they did not (we were at home the whole day they claimed to have come). The second one they tried to cover it up with Kilz spray paint. A simple google search tells the reader that the product does not kill existing mold. From the product’s own website,“Although it is designed to be applied directly to mold and mildew prone surfaces, any existing mold and/or mildew on the surface should be removed before priming and painting.” The third time they finally cut out the sheetrock with mold. I saw what was causing the mold. There was condensation for the AC Freon line dripping. The insulation was chewed by the raccoons that are living in the roof that they have not done anything about. They have full knowledge that the apartments have raccoons living in the roof. Also, they still haven’t fixed the chunk of our missing ceiling beyond putting some plywood over the hole so that “the raccoons don’t get in and hurt (our) cat.” All summer our AC was not working correctly. We put in a work order to fix it, and they said that it is working like it is supposed to and if it is 20* cooler than it is outside, it is working great (even if that 20* cooler is 90*). The next month it broke completely. We had to deal with an apt that was 88* in the hottest part of the summer. We were not giving an alternative until it had been two weeks of living in the heat and I asked them (again) when they would fix it. They offered an emergency unit but they refuse offer any compensation for living in 88* apt or offer to pay the higher electric bill because of having to run extra fans and the emergency unit. It has been 3 weeks and our AC is still not fixed. These are just the recent and harder troubles we’ve had living here. We are good tenets and just want a place that is safe to live in. It seems even that is too much to ask lately.

I loved the apartment and very quiet nice but if you want your privacy invaded this is the apartment for you. my move out was terrible I moved all my things earlier in the month they sent someone in my apartment to check and see if I had still lived there they threw away my cereal I left when I asked management about the situation she had a very disgusting attitude about me asking and for me asking to be reimbursed she was very short with me I wouldn’t recommend anyone move there they also lied on my apartment verification paper to my new apartments I was a great resident I don’t understand why I was treated this way...

Great place, very quiet, love the new manager, can see good changes taking place to make it a safer place to live.

I absolutely do not recommend living here. The kitchen flooded five times in the year i lived there and the maintenance didn’t get there to fix or soak up the water until i threatened to sew them for letting the water sit for over a week . I’ve left messages and talked to multiple people and my issues never get attention. After finally leaving, it’s been four months and i still haven’t gotten my deposit back as promised. Aweful aweful aweful management. Do not recommend.

I moved out on 10/31/17. I generally had few problems while living there that weren’t addressed eventually. The staff in the rental office are polite and friendly. As the office staff and corporate office know, I still have yet to receive my security deposit back, or be given a reason as to why I haven’t received. It is very much needed for expenses in the apt that I moved to.

This complex is magnificent place for families; I have been living here since 2015. We have received the best value and excellent customer service. I feel really comfortable and safe because they? offer private security 24/7. I’ll strongly recommend for it.

after 4 years we turned in a written notice that we were moving out, all within proper 30 day notice. Upon exit walk through with management I pointed out ALL the problems that were never ever taken proper care of while being a tenant.; We also cleaned up and even vaccuumed the apartment. Manager informed us that our check in checklist (completed upon move in) has been "misplaced" so no way to verify pre-existing damage to unit. Then of course when I mentioned going back through 4 years worth of work orders I was told that was not possible. Basically Miss Counts had no desire to even try to verify problems that we had to put up with while being a tenant. Then of course we never got back our deposit and now just today we receive notice of a "collection" against us for said apartment. This place deserves to be burnt to the ground. If it ever does I am showing up with hot dogs and smores!!!! Just wish I could give less than 1 star rating

I Absolutely love it here! The office staff has made our transition a pleasant experience! The Solare Staff has been prompt and professional handling any of our issues. I would recommend Solare to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I have been living at the complex since Jan 2016 and I love it! I have not had any problems with my newly remodeled apartment. I had a small issue with my air and maintenance came out after hours right away and fixed the issue. Office Staff is really friendly. They always have drawings for residents who pay their rent on time. They also have stuff for the kids around holidays! For Easter there were a Easter Egg Hunt with food and fun stuff for all residents. I will be signing a new lease next year!

Worse apartments anyone could ever live in the business they provide explains why there apartments are the way they are. Since the first day I moved in its been nothing but problems that never get resolve. I pay $945 monthly for what they suppose call "Remodel Town Home" that is not done and yet waiting for it to be done and yet waiting for there office to find a resolution to all the problems iv experienced. My apartment doesn't have all the amenity's that the rest of the remodel homes do till this day I have a sheet hanging to cover my window because they yet have not put any blinds in my apartment nor new windows like I was told. The bugs I have seen inside my apartment and the mice's are something to be very CONCERN about they don't care. They do bug spraying ONLY in the kitchen and the mice's they suggested for me to buy traps of course i did but that's money out of my pocket still does not resolve my problem for the hole that is wide open for them to enter in and out. When moved in I did not have any water for almost a week I was told it would be discounted that never happen. Public trash takes weeks till they pick up so imagine how much trash piles up and how many raccoons you see inside the trash or around public areas not safe at all. I been running into the problem where I report something and I never get a follow back and you have too constantly remind them about your problems that never get fix. Also these apartments refuse to give me there corporate number bad business. My apartment that i pay $945 yet has no new windows, no blinds, no shower heaters, painting yet to be done, upstairs balcony still not done, bug problems and mice's, holes that need to be cover. It's a rip off, it's illegal. I just simply want a resolution to all my problems. Office people don't care for the apartments concerns or safety.

Their advertising is deceiving they were formerly known as Twin Lakes but the name was changed due to bad reviews. Their new name is Solare Apartment Homes. Without any exaggerations, this is by far the worst place that I've ever lived and they deserve less than one star. Since, the first day until now ( 8 months) we've encountered various issues with this apartment complex. The 1st issue, I called maintenance regarding a design flaw in our bathroom. The handle on the bath tub wouldn't turn far enough to the left in order for our family to have hot water when we bathed. We called in work order after work order for a week before the issue was resolved. The 2nd issue, a few days later, the front half of our apartment's electric went out. Our food in the refrigerator spoiled and we had to replace everything ourselves. Not to mention, we couldn't cook the food before it spoiled. It took 3 days before an electrician came out to fix this issue. The 3rd issue, a major water pipe busted in the parking lot and our water was off for three days. We had to stay at a hotel room and were given some ridiculous excuse by the apartment management why we weren't getting reimbursed for our inconvenience. The 4th issue, our bathroom sink wouldn't drain. It took 2 days before that issue was resolved. The 5th issue, another design flaw in the bath tub causing it not to drain properly. Maintenance had to drill into the bath tub in order for it to operate properly. It took 2 days before this issue was resolved. The 6th issue, the garbage disposal wouldn't allow one half of the sink to drain, 4 days. The 7th issue, these apartments are filthy dog feces everywhere, black mold growing in the walls, etc. The black mold is effecting my family's health. Maintenance was called on a Friday and it is now Wednesday and the issue has yet to be resolved. In addition, there's an 8th incident that I almost forgot to add. After signing all the move-in paperwork I was supposed to receive a mailbox key within 72 hours. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I had to have a 3rd party assist me with obtaining my keys from this property. According to the United States Post Office the fact that they were with holding my mailbox key was against federal law. So, It took them over a month to provide me with a mailbox key. Meanwhile, my important mail was being returned to sender. Of course, management "attempted" to blame this on me but the proof was in the pudding. Other;noisy neighbors,burglary,drugs.

I've lived at Solaré since the fall of 2014. I was sold with the pet parks and newly remodeled units. I knew when I signed my lease that they were doing major renovations and trying to appeal to reliable tenants. I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make sure the apartments were being taken care of and aesthetically appealing. The staff is very friendly and I really enjoy the new apartment manager. She's professional and courteous. I love the option to let my pup run freely in the dog park. I will happily live here after my lease is up. It's nice to live in a place that is well maintained and the owners seem invested.
