Sonterra by far has one of the best management teams I’ve ever had with an apartment complex. They were fast a reliable with all of our needs and were very helpful!

Grounds well kept. Apartments spacious. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Living here has been a huge blessing. Cassidy, Michael and staff are friendly, responsive, and very helpful (the combination is hard to come by in apartment living). Most of the residents are enjoyable to live around and friendly neighbors. The location is safe and secluded as well as nearby many restaurants and stores making it very convenient. I would highly recommend living here if you are in the market!

I'm very happy here at Sonterra. Property is maintained weekly and clean. The staff does care about the residence. The pool in the summer is not crazy, the kids are well behaved with adult supervision. The bbq, pool & sitting area are kept tidy.

The staff really is the best part of living at Sonterra! They are so kind, personal, and attentive. They even make time to acknowledge the residents pets. I jokingly say I dont want to purchase a home because homes dont come with Michaels. The maintenance team is amazing!

Management is great in responding quickly and flexible to work with. Very easy to work with and follows up in a timely manner. I really like the community and if there is a problem I know I can confidently and comfortably let management know and there arent any problems.

Cassidy, Angelica, and Michael made the whole move in experience a joy. In addition theyre follow up and any other needs have been met with honest friendly care.

Sonterra offers quality apartments and the grounds are nicely maintained. Staff is friendly and responsive. Great location to mall, downtown events & Faire grounds.

Property manager is very sweet, for sure the best property manager Ive ever experienced she understands financial hardship during the pandemic and is there to help work things out if need be. Maintenance is also very friendly and responses to work orders quick and gets the job done! Hes very respectful and when you see him out on the property hes always got a smile on his face!

Beautiful community and apartment. I absolutely love my new home. Spacious layout, quite area, fantastic, attentive staff. Apartment has all new, updated design and very important handicap accessibility.

The leasing staff is very nice and extremely helpful. I put in a work order and the office emailed me to make sure it was complete. The apartment was really clean and everything looked freshly done when I arrived. She me one moved out before I moved in and it was really cleaned well and all of the fixtures and appliances looked brand new. I love my new place and the property is well kept. When the wind blows the pine needles on the ground by the time I get home from work its cleaned up. The neighbors are all really quiet and it feels really safe. I am able to park right next to my building and I get home at 5:40. Everyone has their favorite spot to park and the neighbors all follow suit, not a designated spot but I always have the spot I like available. I really like it here and there are so many stores close by.

Sonterra team members are in every sense of the words quick and efficient. so professional and literally go above and beyond in every aspect. I cant say enough good things about them and am just so pleased and appreciative to be living somewhere with this type of environment!

Sonterra managers are super admirable, helping and friendly. Apartment complex is very clean and beautiful environmental.

I think these apartments are great for the price and the location is also amazing. Definitely one of the better complexes in the neighborhood.

I love living at Sonterra Apartments. Ive lived here for about 10 years now first it was SIERRA APARTMENTS but I lived in this complex for about 10 years. I love the office people and the maintenance people everybody so professional. So nice and friendly. The work always gets done quickly and neatly. Im gonna be sorry that Im leaving and moving into a house with my boyfriend

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also have nice neighbors. It's a nicely kept up and quiet community.

I am not giving it 1 star because I am angry. They have literally fallen short on every aspect of safe and comfortable apartment living. The noise level is extremely high from the traffic on Junction Blvd, neighboring speedway, and train tracks. The rent goes up more than 15% after the first year. The price is already higher than comparable complexes in town. The cost to get out of the lease is $2,390! There are also might be structural issues that they haven't been fully open with us about. The maintenance is also slow to resolve our concerns.

Beautiful grounds, great shopping and dining, quiet neighborhood. Awesome pool and fitness center. Apartment has full size washer and drier with a large laundry room. Apartments are remodeled with new stainless steel appliances. I love living here and so does my puppy!
