Property Ratings at Southfield Village Apartments

Much improved
The property is 1000 times better with the new management company. They are cleaning it up, cutting down old trees, and getting better neighbors in here. I've told a couple friends about the place and they're moving in also now.

My experience here has been great so far, especially considering the price. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Improved with New Owners
These apartments are being upgraded and parking lot was repaved. Turning into a first class facility!!
