Lake Apopka, a quaint neighborhood near Orlando, Florida, surrounds the very large Lake Apopka. The north side of the lake is entirely encompassed by a nature preserve, Lake Apopka North Shore. It’s a nice area to live only problem I have is they are supposed to be an income based apartment they don’t verify it they raise your rent right in the middle of your lease instead of the beginning when you sign. Letters they send out state increase or decrease rent but no one ever gets a decrease

Nice apartments
The staff is really nice and helpful . The only thing I would complain about is the noise from the neighbors but other than that it’s really nice
