Bad Manager, not clean bad smell in building
I lived here in a 2 Bdrm for over 8 months and it was the worst appartment complex I have ever lived in. They are not very clean, take forever to fix anything, and the manager is terrible. She doesn't care about anything or anyone just money, she is never there if you need something. The laundry is terrible your clothes never get clean, and all the appliances in the appartments are ancient. The showers are very inconsistent no pressure and will burn you then freeze you and you never know when it will happen. The floors make a tone of noise and you hear everything people come and go, fighting, slamming the doors, everything you hear it, no privacy no peace. Stay away save yourself, manager sucks not a good person.

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your experience at Springview Manor. May I ask when you lived at the Property? I recently took over as Property Manager and I assure you that under my Management, we do not allow repairs to go undone. I have never had a complaint about the water pressure in the showers, nor have I gotten any complaints regarding the laundry machines. Had these issue been brought to my attention they would have been resolved.

It is a nice apartment for this area.
They take care the apartments and they interest in your problems. Not bad for this area.
