Maintenance takes forever to come do call , but the time they come you forget that you even put in a work order. Front gate and cameras NEVER work. If anything bad happens on property they are gonna expect you to still pay them instead of breaking lease. There is a lot of gang activity going on and they don’t try to fix it. Don’t get me started on the apartment . They rushed to get us moved in the apartment wasn’t even fully ready.

I lived at st lucia for close to 3 years and never had a problem. All maintenance issues are always addressed in a timely manner. It's quiet and never has any hangouts and is very quiet and safe.

SO MANY FEES!! Do not rent here. Residents are charged a lot for amenities they may or may not use. Common area electricity is one of the charges, why am I paying an electricity bill for my apartment and the exterior lights not attached to my apartment?! Seems like St. Lucia should be paying for that and not each of the residents. Crime is very high on property. Since moving here I’ve heard several gunshots and have seen police swarm the property. I hate how expensive it is to live here.

I like living here at St. Lucia. The office staff are really nice. The guys that came to change the dryer were also nice. They were professional. I like taking my dog to the dog park. She looks forward to that. The main I like it’s quiet. I barely hear people outside my apartment.

Wait time for Maint tickets to be completed takes way too long even when you have a maint emergency. Constantly dealing with gnats in the kitchen. People checking if your car is registered then towing it if it's not. Going to/Calling the office multiple times for issues and they say they'll send someone to fix the problem but none comes so it never gets fixed. These apartments are not worth as much as we''re paying for them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. When i moved in back in December they had md move into a unit that WAS NOT READY. The apartment still had holes in the wall and the apartment still smelted like fresh paint, i have an asthmatic son so that was not acceptable. Told management and they did not care, They told me they would hire cleaners and they never did. When i officially moved in, i hired cleaners and they had mopped the entire unit 4x and the mop water was black and nasty!! unacceptable again. Every month i had to submit a maintenance request because the unit they gave us was just ran down and had multiple issues. From broken appliances to broken cabinets and drawers to electrical issues and A/C issues. In May I noticed BLACK MOLD growing in my bathroom and addressed this with management, she stated she would have mainteance fix this and they never did. IN JUNE A VENDOR CAME A RIPPED THE FLOOR OUR MY BATHROOM AND BOOM MOLD, the leasing office had maintenance out a fan in the bathroom and never fixed it. I sent the leasing office a inhabitability letter and they still did not fix the unit, and then evicted me for withholding my rent until they fixed the problems. Now I am sueing this property. The leasing office does not care about the tenant they only want money... DO NOT MOVE HERE

Honestly i have gone to other apartment complex and i feel like that they have not listened to what i wanted and didn’t care about my concerns they only cared about money. Moved into the apartment Feb 2023. Looked decent enough. Had a couple of issues during the walkthrough. Expressed those concerns and we were told they were going to be fixed. First day we were here,used the dishwasher after dinner and found out that it leaks still(one of the issues at walk thru) it was spurting out the kitchen sink and leaking out the bottom we have had to have them come three times to fix it since we've been here and we've only been here for barely a week and a half. I will say however they have gigantic washers and dryers and they work very well. On the first night of us staying here we literally almost had heart attacks because of how many roaches were all over the place we immediately called down to the office the next morning and a lady answered the phone she listened to my complaints(dish washer leaking and roaches) and then she sent somebody to come and spray the house an check dishwasher. (we still went to Lowe's and bought some bug killer but it's all over the house and it's just not comfy because it looks like sand is everywhere.) easily swept up)But we didn't want to just rely on the spraying( the way the maintenance man came in and sprayed was like he's used to doing this.) Fake wood floors they're not bad they're not scuffed up so get a nice rug and it could be comfortable. I don't know if we were getting special treatment because she knew that we just moved in but when I called the second time in the same week to tell them that the dishwasher was still leaking this time she said I will put you your order on a list but I don't know when anybody is going to come and she asked if maintenance had permission to enter the unit if we were not home and call was over. that's pretty much the issues that we have at this apartment otherwise it does have a pretty dope Amazon apartment locker that is right next to our mailboxes for easy access to Amazon packages. They have a pretty pool with a stonewall waterfall in it. They have a playground they have a couple little areas like this in the apartments. It's a good neighborhood though you can get to everything that you need to get to pretty easily ... Arrive in minutes to just about anything. One odd thing about these apartments though you can't mail out any mail you can only receive mail. There is a post office a couple minutes down the street but if I go check my mail I would like to be able to drop a letter off as well.

They recently changed ownership (May 2022). Previous maintenance was slow. Now maintenance doesn't exist. Work orders are marked complete or cancelled without having even been triaged. Took months to get access to Amazon lockers (blamed on old ownership). Never received permanent parking permit or amenity key. I worry that a neighbor will call to have my car towed for parking in the covered parking spots, which are fewer and fewer. Valet trash service only comes about half the nights they are supposed to, without ever reducing the their monthly fees. My lease cannot end soon enough.

6 months waiting to get he a/c fixed, as of 5/4/2019, still not fixed. do not rent for these people
We moved in November 2018. There were a few things that were pretty alarming when we walked up to the door. There was still rotten food in the garbage can and pigeon poop all around the trashcan after we had mentioned it a couple of times. Also mostly all of the lights were on and the a/c was turned down to 60 degrees. The lady downstairs as well as the older man next door both told us that they have been reporting squatters in our apartment and that they have been leaving early in the morning. The windows were unlocked so we assume that is how they were getting in. There is a big leak in the sink and it's still progressing all over the kitchen floor and there are old stains like it has been happening for a while. The chandelier looks like it has been pulled on and there is loose wire hanging out. It looks like they tried fixing the sink because there are a few loose wires hanging out in the open from underneath the sink. There was also faecal matter left in the toilet and what looked like a puddle of urine on the floor. We called and mentioned about the squatters and we were told that maintenance would put replacement locks on the door and locks on the windows after he came back from lunch. They never ended up coming to switch out the locks. We will stop in tomorrow to turn in the inventory sheet of the damages, but we wanted to let you guys know about the other problems that are not mentioned on the sheet. We talked to Veronica and she told us to send a email to management about the problems and about getting a discount for the inconvenience of all of the ongoing issues. . We spoke with amanager at the office and she said she would give us a discount bc our Heater wasn’t working all winter and nobody ever came out and we had to keep calling so finally someone came after it’s already getting warm outside and they finally fixed it then she offered us a 100$ discount and when we checked in to ask for it she says that we’re begging for money. Uncasceptsble and absolutely rude. I’m asking to speak to the owner or general manager because it’s unacceptable and also St Luca are not answering my calls and I have to walk down there to speak to someone bc they won’t answer the phones.

Experienced a horrible roach infestation and the office did not want to take accountability for the issue being an on-property issue. Treated me as if I was the reason for roaches crawling out of the electrical outlets and cabinet cracks.

The management here and the corporate office are an absolute joke. We have never been helped by anyone-except the maintenance team, which management “doesn’t deal with”. The apartments aren’t awful but there is no sound proofing whatsoever, the “updated” materials are cheap, the brand new dishwasher barely works, I could go on. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a problem with the manager and the next day I get a notice that my apartment is having a “mandatory renewal inspection” when my lease isn’t up for another 4 months? Seems suspicious to me. There are cockroaches everywhere and the pest control will only come one day a week. You have to call first thing that day (when they open at 9 am) and tell the office that you would like them to come spray your apartment or you will have to wait until the next week. Our car has been keyed by kids in the complex multiple times and there has never been any help from the office. Don’t even bother calling them for help because they will just put you on hold for 5 minutes until another person answers and you have to start all over again. I hate this place.

Nice community to live in. The location is great and price is very cost effective. Maintenance takes care of any issues in a timely fashion. As well management is nice and very informative.

This has to be the worst place to live, especially with the new management, for a Anna. Most nights walking around you will have someone hit you up for drugs, there is some trash here and new management adds to it.
I lived there for 1 year and I moved because they wanted to up my rent. When I went to turn in my key the apartment was spotless ready to rent, they did not mention the deposit but I called a week later and they told me I had to wait a month, I waited I called a month later and they told me they were going to return my call. They never returned it this happened over 12 times. Finally after 2 months they told me why they wouldn't return my deposit. According to them, I have a Utilities bill due, and the apartment needed cleaning. They asked me if I did a walk through with them when I moved out?I answered no because They had said their system was down, and that they would contact me later but they never did I feel like they gave me the run around to keep my deposit its not very much but if they do this to alot of people it adds up
Management doesn't care about anything Been robbed twice since being here. Will not allow us to get out of the lease even though we feel unsafe. My car has been broken into a couple times too. Security is a joke. Actually been asked by the security guard if he could have some pills because his head hurt. I've seen kids from the high school across the street dent and spray down cars with a fire extinguisher, when management was notified , she shrugged it off. Don't waste your time even looking.
I CANNOT WAIT to move out of this dump. We moved here almost a year ago and we are counting down the days until we can move out. Since we have been here, management has been switched at least once with no notification to residents. They put out parking on a "sticker system" and each apartment only gets one sticker to put on their car. The sticker allows the resident to park under the parking shelters. Parking in the covered spots without a sticker results in a towing sticker or a tow. The biggest issue with this system is that there isn't enough uncovered parking for the rest of the residents. Due to the lack of spots, my boyfriend and our neighbor have been parking in the only available spots when they get off work which happen to be labeled the "future resident" spots. Just recently they were informed by a note that if they continue to park in these spots they will be towed. They asked management about the note and explained the situation and they were told that they needed to move their cars in the morning before the office opens which is absurd because they work very late. My car has been broken into TWICE since I moved in. I have watched the high school kids who live in the complex jump from hood car to hood car in the morning. We even had an incident where some kids took a fire extinguisher through the parking lot spraying the cars! There is a huge bug problem, we have had packages stolen, mail opened, maintenance issues and at least once every week the apartment complex is flooded with cop cars. The staff is unconcerned with complaints and offers no assistance. An example of staff's lack of communication and incompetence: right after we moved in, they started tearing up the grass. When we asked why, they said that they were trying to conserve water. Well, they tore up the grass but left the sprinklers on to flood the sidewalk and parking lot with mud FOR WEEKS. We put in a formal complaint and of course, nothing was done about it for another couple of weeks. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you about this place; looks can be VERY deceiving.
I love my apt it's comfy size its renovated it has security very quite and out the way ??
