Apartments were clean and well cared for. Building was safe and secure. Great views. Steve was the building manager back then (2006), glad to hear he is still around. Very responsive and professional. The building had a lot of young working professionals as tenants. There was a free “gym” in the basement which was always empty- not sure if it is still there, but it was a nice perk.

I have been a tenant with Steve and his staff for a year. Steve is a live-in super, and has two reliable and trustworthy maintenance staff workers. 13 floors with windows overlooking Washington park and the capital. The apartments are held to a high level. After an old tenant's carpet stains didn't come up, he insisted on replacing the carpet, which is high quality and deep. Heat and hot water are included in the rent, there are two entrances, secure keyed/buzz entrances, and newly renovated laundry area with plenty of units. Pet friendly with no fees or pet-rent. Staff are very timely with repairs or questions. drilling into and painting the walls are allowed, as long as you spackle and repaint after yourself or pay for the restitution when you leave a lease. the customization makes it feel like home.
