For the first eight months of living here we had cockroaches. We had to empty our whole kitchen and bathroom of everything so the exterminator could spray. It did nothing. Turns out our downstairs neighbor was living in filth and no matter what we did we had roaches until he moved out. It was absolutely disgusting. Also we were told before we moved in that parking was first come first serve and immediately after we moved in they made us get parking permits to park under the covered lots. One per household no matter if you have a three bedroom apartment. Empty covered parking everywhere it's infuriating. Walls are very thin and the apartments themselves are old. When someone moves out they layer everything with new paint instead of cleaning. There were paint spatter on the mirrors and we couldn't see out of our peephole. At the end we cleaned everything and still had to pay $35 for the oven and $15 for the tubs to be cleaned. The tub is not porcelain which is very hard to clean therefore it will constantly be gray/black at the bottom. When you put a work order in, someone will come same day. We lived here for a year and had our water shut off 3 times, once without telling us. The outlets do not hold your chargers which I have never seen before. They will just fall out of the wall. You don't always get notices in your mailbox when the office has a package so track your packages so you know when they arrive. Other than all of this, the apartment did what we needed it to and wasn't too bad for the price. If I would have known about the roach problem I wouldn't have moved in though.

I enjoy living in a safe neighborhood with nice neighbors, communities, and safe environment. The managers are easy to talk to when things are not going well and thew maintenance is easy to communicate with regularly . I enjoy living in a peaceful place, where the children are not loud and everything is safe. Thank You Very MUCH
The site is meant to assists others in getting their lives back on track and being aware of the qualities an apartment sustains, overtime. The website assisted me in getting my very first apartment; the website knows more about apartments than those who are searching for one. Sterling Summerland is a wonderful place to live and maintain a healthy productive lifestyle. It has a tennis court, playground, fitness center, and a lot of nice neighbors.
I love the website, it is aware of the things that people are looking for. Also, consistent with updating information on apartments and homes within the area.
The staff at the front office is very friendly and sees to our needs in a quick, efficient manner. Maintenance problems, big and small, are taken care of usually on the same day we notify of them. The grounds and buildings are looked after and well taken care of. The neighborhood overall is quiet, and our neighbors are friendly. We have lived in our apartment for over 8 years now and have no intention of leaving anytime soon.
This is te beat place ie lived, very clean area the people are very nice and if you have any problem or concern they fix it immideately. I love the front hate how we have sensors and not codes it's very goo security! I reccomend sterling summer land to everybody !!
