Been there close to 10 years I am pleased with the maintenance and the office personnel I would like to have new and remodel appliances I have not had too many issues with my apartment but when I do I am pleased to receive the help and repairs as needed professionally thank you for allowing me to enjoy my home and peace that's what I would tell my fellow friends and collars
89 East Apartments are very peaceful place to live, clean environment and also the office as great and pleasure staff always willing to help.
The staff is so friendly and have always fix when i need something ! I love my apartment! The balcony is my favorite place at my home! And the neighborhood seems pretty safe. I been here for about a year and a half. No problems . Thank you everyone! But i havent found out where the fitness area is !

It's clean, quiet and the people are very friendly and I can tell the neighbors respect each other. The only reason I gave an 8 is because of the roaches & kitchen being dirty when I moved in.
I waited a month for a simple repair. Once they came they said they would have to come back. Waited 3months total until housing stepped in and told us not to pay rent then they were very hasty and decided to fix everything at once which took almost 6 months for everything...

People have already moved here because of my recommendations, and definitely would recommend more. The management places a biggest part in why I would recommend these apartments to a friend.
