Great apartment for the money

My apartment is great, it has a certain charm because of the beautiful hardwood floors. The craftsmanship and quality of the apartments leave something to be desired, however the rent is much cheaper than anything comparable that I found (that also takes dogs). The only thing I miss having is an outdoor space of my own.
