I liked living here for the first year: the staff is great, the views are awesome, the laundry, gym and pool onsite - you don't have to go elsewhere, which is very convenient. But in the Autumn of 2016 a massive construction started (balconies renovation) and nobody knows when it will finish. Constant drilling noises, dust inside of apartments and the garage, balconies are closed for the residents. People are complaining, but the management is unresponsive. As many others, I couldn't bear these infinite issues and had to leave. I advice you to not rent it right now, but wait until the work is complete and it'll hopefully be a great place to live again.
Staff in this Building is very nice and helpful. Rent is worth it!
