I love it here and have for several years. The office ladies are so friendly and helpful!

If you want your house being broken or cars broken into, living in fear, this is the place to go. This place is in no shape, or form for families or kids. Please look somewhere else. You will regret looking much further into this place!

We have emailed more than once about our lousy upstairs neighbors to the staff in the office. They act like they care but they really don't. It sucks. If they did something about these kinds of issues, it would be much better for the people living here. There's more than 3 other apartments open right to the corner where they can be transferred too. I understand they can't do much about lousy upstairs neighbors. But we've even shown evidence and how it's affecting our life style itself. Sleep isn't do able without plugs that barely work because even then, it's still loud up there. If you are looking to live here. Look for SINGLE LEVEL APARTMENTS!! FOR YOUR OWN SAKE OF LIVING PEACEFULLY!

Not allow to have anything in or on our own patio. There is so much traffic coming in and out. There is so much gang activity. There's trash everywhere. No security guards. There's no assign parking stalls. Maintenance quality is very poor.

I lived there for 5 years. Everytime something was wrong and I called maintenance they would never come out or they would enter my apartment without my permission. When they fix the apartment for people to move in they just clean the carpet. I know for a fact there is black mold under the hall way carpet and mold all over the wall in the bathroom but they just paint over it and clean the carpet. The carpet needs to be replaced and the wall deep cleaned then repainted. The dish washer never worked in the first place. Never move there. They even find excuses to kick you out when you start calling the owners and let them know your having trouble with the hired management. Also they never help if you have problems with a neighbor.

This place is roach infested no matter what I did I couldnt get rid of them I have been gone from there 8 days ...in that complex they 5ake no blame tents are always wrong they started charging 10.00 extra dollars for maintenance fee and nothing is done or done correctly...the pool over by me has n ok t opened for 2 years the laundry room window boarded up...I have been beaten up btw I am now 61 followed HARRASSED there is no security they say that would be a COURTESY the CSI VAN I saw leave that complex 3 times yes there were gun shots staff became with no compassion they threaten to write you up to be kicked out no I was not kicked out I left on my own...well the list goes on and on....DO NOT RENT THERE YOU WILL BE SORRY THE PRICE IS NIT WORTH IT

Managers are so rude, they get money for all smoke alarms $50 each, trash $35, fixed apartment $15 everymonth, the apartments are several roaches infected , laudry rooms unworking, people consuming drugs and selling too, all people smoke

Managment is horrible!!! They dont fix anything right. The apartments are roach infested!!!!!! INFESTED! They are in the walls literally! I bombed my apartment 3 times on my own i got no reimbursement. People watch your apartment and steal from your patio when your gone!!!!!!! I've had my apartment broken in. The security doesnt do anything. They just suck as a whole! I would never ever ever stay here again. I wish i was told how management was before i moved in and also how nasty the apartments are. They look good but deep in the walls, carpets, and floors there are bugs!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give negative stars then I would, but for now my only option is to give 1 star Staff is very rude, not professional AT ALL As far as the apartments itself: over priced for what they offer for the inside (pictures posted look nothing the units) Roaches, leaking ceilings/walls causing mold maintenance does a cheap/horrible repairing issues Should consider remodeling the inside of the apartments before the outside Washer machines always broken/dirty No new appliances Positives: Outside is nice due to the remodeling Tenants are to themselves

Theirs roaches everywhere literally all over the place not worth the money to live here.

I started living at the Stoney Brook Apartments in March of 2015. Since I moved in I love it. Any times I need any work in my apartment all I have to do is call the maintenance and they will be here in no time. The rent is decent especially for a 2 bedroom apartment. My rooms are really big and comfy. Each room has it's own walk in closets and the hallway closet is a walk in closet. There is no assigned parking so I am able to park anywhere. And the grounds keepers keep outside looking great. These apartments are even family friendly. They give every family a nice apartment and there are no trouble adults or kids around here and they even have a wonderful after school program for kids that live here.

It's a really nice area. My family moved from Orange County to Fresno County due to my husband's job transfer and it was hard for us to find an affordable place that works with our credit and not only that but our budget. We have initially placed a deposit on a different apartment but after paying Stoney Brooks a visit and finding out how affordable it is and how big it is compare the other one, we canceled our deposit and placed a deposit for this one. It's really nice living here except for the occasional cockroach that you will expect to find in any place.

Hi my name is jeremy i live in a 2 bedroom apt with two kids a granddaughter and my wife it is not very good and the landlord doesn't take care of anything that breaks they try to put the blame on you i have sheetrock damage and mold from a leak in the ceiling tried to get pest control out here to take care of my roach problem but the landlord refuses to let me do it says they have there own pest control which I've tried they dont do anything well thank you have a good day
