This apartment is spacious and quiet. The large trees make it feel private and provide shade, which is also helpful for the parking area.

Sugar Mill is our home. We have a roomy & sunny apartment that fit's our lifestyle. No worries about packages because of the parcel pending system. The pool and gym are great. Finally the maintenance and management staff are responsive and super responsive.

I really enjoy living here at Sugar Mill. It’s a very quiet community and the property is very well-maintained. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and the office staff is polite and responsive.

It could be better. Some areas are better than others. My area it looks real poor looking. The steps looks like they had never been cleaned but they have. The people who did the power wash did an excellent job in 2023 but the people who did it in 2024 did a horrible job. It looked like it never had been done from the day they did it at all. It looked wet but not power washed. And the office never inspected the quality of what they did. Even though I mentioned what a terrible job that they had done.

Comfortable apartments that are well maintained. Staff support is first rate. We hope to here for the rest of our lives.

Sugar Mill Apartments is by far my favorite place to live right now. The security, the scenery, and the valet trash service are a HUGE perk. The community is like out of a fairy tale...Neighbors are so friendly, and everyone is always happy and smiling, walking down the sidewalk with their family and pets. Never a dull moment here. Did I mention you can go fishing in the lake?! Safest place to live with your family. The vibe here is like an escape from the chaos that lives outside these gates. So peaceful and quiet.

This has been a great place to live thus far. No complaints at all. Everyone is so sweet.

I have been living at Sugar Mill Apartments in Columbus, GA, and there are several aspects I really appreciate. The landscaping is always well-maintained, giving the complex a pleasant and inviting appearance. The rent is reasonable, especially considering the size of the rooms—they are huge and offer plenty of space. The maintenance team is also quick to respond and address any issues, which is a major plus. It's great to have a specific area for package collection. Additionally, the management is making efforts to organize more social activities, which is great for building a sense of community. However, there are some areas that could use improvement. At night, it’s difficult to see the divider when turning into the complex, which can be a safety concern. The amenities are good, and it appears that they are always seeking ways to make improvements.

I have lived here for 9 years and found this location, the grounds, the office staff, the apartment layout to meet all my needs.

The location of Sugar Mill is excellent and close to all the places I will frequent, particularly my church, my chiropractor, Publix, and Walmart. The grounds are beautiful and everything seems to be very well-maintained. I love that the trash is picked up at my door five days a week, and I love the quietness of my apartment. I am very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of neighbors.

Sugar Mill is a great place to live. The location cannot be beaten and overall, the community is quiet and peaceful with good people as residents.

We have been here now for about three years and one day we might find the right home to purchase but we are quite happy here in our Apartment and enjoy our view of the creek, trees and walking trail behind our apartment. Also if we have a need for some maintenance problem the staff always take care of it for us.

Management staff are very good, timely maintenance and spacious apartments and good location.

Floor plan is very good but need to improve in Gym and swimming Pool maintenance

The management at this property is Everything! When I first stopped in to view this property, Jennifer jumped at the chance to show me around even though it was closing time, and she should have made me come back the next day. She took her time showing me how beautiful everything was here and was super friendly. Even though initially there was nothing available in the dates I had hoped for, she encouraged me to complete the application process because she was confident she could make it happen in my time frame and she did!! She went out of her way to make sure I got the apartment I wanted, and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. After move in, she is still checking to make sure all is well in my apartment! I feel like I gained a new home and a new friend. The apartment, the staff, and the community are all absolutely lovely! I wouldn't have been happier anywhere else!

Sugar Mill Apartments has succeeded my expectations. Jennifer at the front desk has been absolutely amazing through this entire move in process. She made everything super simple and convenient for my family. The space in our apartment is just awesome. 1600 square feet!! You can’t beat that for the price. The inside looks even better. Everything is clean and modern, it looks brand new. I’d definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move.

After touring many apartment complexes in Columbus when I was searching for a new apartment, Sugar Mill is by far the prettiest and nicest. Our overall experience in all areas of apartment living have been very good at Sugar Mill -- office, maintenance and housekeeping staff excellent, to the physical appearance of the grounds and roominess of the home itself. We are senior citizens and feel very safe here. We have already recommended Sugar Mill to my sister and friends.

This is our second time we have stayed here at Sugarmaill Apartments and we love the location and views here. We are looking for a home to purchase but it seems that they are in a high demand these days and we have not as yet found the home we are looking for.

Sugar Mill is the best apartment community!! The layout of the apartments are well designed and they are equipped with quality hardware, appliances, and finishes. The community is well maintained and kept immaculately clean. There is any amenity you would expect to find. The big difference is the staff who goes above and beyond to make sure we are all taken care of and that this remains the best apartment community!

The apartments are all in very good codition, the staff is very knowledgable and helpful to all the tenants and the workers are all very helpful.

The amenities here meet any needs of a resident. The biggest impact is the staff. Tbe maintenance team make sure each request is done well the first time after responding in a timely manner. The staff knows the residents and they do everything they can to make living here as pleasant as it can be. They go above and beyond by creating special events for us. I really think Sugar Mill is the epitome of great apartment living!

I have been put in a situation where I cant do that. We are just taking one day at a time. We can live inside until-but to each its own.my husband fell in road by our car and the police refused to help me pick him up.!!!

I mostly enjoy the space of the apartment and the staff is phenomenal. The scenery is Beautiful and always well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and My roommate and I feel very safe. Kayla is great!
