Summerfield

I have had a very positive experience living here at Summerfield. I walk a lot and have always met friendly people, lots of times with their dogs. Love the ponds at the club house with all the ducks and some with babies. It’s peaceful here , that means so much to me.

My experience has always been very good living here and I’ve just signed up for a 4th year. Lots of wonderful wild life, beautiful areas to walk in.

Has been a good experience for me. Close to family and shopping. Easy to get to the airport. Overall it appears to be a "safe" community.

It’s a great community to live in. People are allowed to live independently, go about their everyday lives as they wish. A geat area for walks and meeting others.

Our experience at Summerfield has been our first at living in a community of 55 and over that is well maintained for cleanliness, and providing activities that you can partipate in if able to add experiences to your life that bring enjoyment. I am grateful for knowing help is just a phone call away if repairs are needed and people respond quickly to your needs. The apartments are clean,quiet, and well maintained. We have found they meet our needs very well.

Lovely community, spacious apartment, nice neighbors, amenities and close to shops..of course I'm really happy living here.

We have lived in Summerfield for eight and a half years and hope to be able to live here for many more years to come. We love our apartment and the entire Summerfield community. If anyone is thinking of moving to the Portland area, Summerfield should be at the top of their "must see" list.

I am very impressed with the whole staff whether it is the office or maintenance. They have truly made me feel like this is my home. My experience with Summerfield Apts is when I moved in the toilet and garbage disposal were broken, when last painted they rolled the walls and got wall color paint on the ceiling, and didn't paint some areas. There was a dead frog in the closet and earwigs in the kitchen. Don't rent an apartment here.

I lived in Beaverton and wanted to move to a senior community but stay in Washington County so I did a lot of research, and I definitely feel I made the right decision by choosing Summerfield.

It’s been very pleasant living here. I feel lucky I have a really nice safe lovely home here at Summerfield.

I love it here! The pandemic and inflation has taken its toll, though. Lots of moving out going on this year. Very fond of the seasonal plantings. Love my balcony and green space!

My experience here at Summerfield has been good. I have good friendly neighbors. I don’t have to worry about who is living next door to me whereas if I didn’t live in a community like this, it could be anybody and not necessarily a good person. I feel pretty safe living here and that is huge for me.

20 years ago I would have told everyone about Summerfield, not now. The past 5 years Summerfield has been neglected very badly. No cleaning of yard, no cleaning of the buildings. Tenants pay high rent and Summerfield looks like some low rent trash apts.

I enjoy the landscaping and also the tidiness of the area. My apartment was very clean and ready To move into.

Really have enjoyed welcome of community and activities. Apartments have great storage and function. I was worried about apartment living after years in a house but very good so far.

An apartment community with the loveliest of trees and an avenue promenade of glorious colors in Fall. A cozy and welcoming Library is situated in the Clubhouse, with an overlook onto the golf lake with ducks

I moved from a long distance and the staff (Lance and Amanda) were very helpful and patient with me through my many questions. The maintenance supervisor, David, was very nice when moving in a new refrigerator. Michelle also provided me an item on arrival that had been left out of the apartment bathroom. Thank you to all of them. Very nice people!

I have lived in Summerfield about 10 years. I would not want to live any place else! I recently asked our manager to put me on a list for an available cottage because of stairs. I look forward to that move.

So far I am very happy with living here and feel without a doubt I made the right decision to move to Summerfield. I am very happy with my cottage, management and maintenance have been very helpful, and the neighbors are very friendly.

A lovely and safe environment - tree lined streets, colorful flower beds - sidewalks for safe walking.

This apartment was very clean, all the appliances were working.The cleaning crew do an excellent job. Love the pool. A great area to enjoy a daily walk. Very safe here and quiet. Love the big patio door and all the light that comes in. Love the shade in the summer from the placement of the grown trees.

Its a very nice place to live. Staff is very helpful. Any maintenance gets fixed right away. The grounds are lovely. Its very quite around here. People are friendly. I feel very safe and happy living here! Thank you!!
