Summerlin sits approximately ten miles west of downtown Las Vegas, nestled right where the cityscape begins to give way to the Spring Mountains and the Red Rock Canyon National Reserve. With the close proximity to the city center, gorgeous views of the mountains, and swanky houses filling the landscape, Summerlin has a reputation as one of the most affluent communities in Nevada.
It’s easy to stay active and take advantage of the Nevada sunshine here: in addition to the hiking, biking, and camping offered by the adjacent wilderness, the neighborhood includes dozens of public parks, golf courses, and sports fields within its bounds, including an award-winning trail system.
While mostly a residential neighborhood, several shopping centers and restaurants are scattered throughout Summerlin, giving residents the convenience of being able to walk down the street for groceries or a bite to eat in many cases.

Property Ratings at Summerlin Entrada
Please do NOT move here. They look nice and put on a very good front but they are cheap and will not fix anything. When we first moved in we noticed they did not replace the carpet instead they cut out where there were stains and patched it. The blinds are broken and are all uneven because instead of replacing them they just punch new holes into the blinds and rehang them. The shower water changes no matter what temp you set it to, it oils be all the way on cold and it’ll go scolding hot. Our air conditioner goes out 2-3x a week and the power company and air conditioner techs we personally hired said they need to be replaced, they are outdated. The apartments make us turn them off for 5 hours and turn them back on which they do begin working again after that but just stop again the next day. They won’t repair them and due to this our power bill is over 500 a month for a 2 bedroom. We paired extra to get a unit with side by side large washer and dryers which they told us only upstairs units had and come to find out all the downstairs units have them they lied and they gave us a tiny upright washer and dryer. The washer won’t drain they refused to fix that as well said it’s normal. My husband had to completely take it apart and clean it out. Our fridge leaks and they refuse to fix it they say it leaks because we put too much in the freezer even though it’s half filled and it’s been leaking since we moved in before anything was in it at all. Just don’t move here save your money!

This is not the kind of experience we want our residents to have; we want to do our best to make it right. We strongly encourage you to contact our Regional Manager, Christina, at 702-550-3107. He would be more than happy to talk to you about any pending issues. We look forward to speaking with you. Thank you for providing us with feedback, and please have a wonderful day!
During this summer had our air conditioning go out twice due to them not doing proper annual inspections and they didn't fix it immediately both times. The whole ordeal would have been fine but they didn't communicate with us at all and never followed up with any issues. My main issue now is they still have yet to clean out ducts to the dryer and have told them repeatedly that is a fire hazard and number one cause to house fires is not cleaning them out. Our security gate is never operational and security literally is a joke at night. Nieghbors don't respect the cars and have damaged my car and my boyfriends numerous times. Stay away or move in at your own risk

This complex has only gone downhill since I've moved here and they have increased rent and utilities each year. My WST fee had an additional pest fee added this past year with no notice, yet there are moths all over the complex and I had a centipede in my apartment this past month. My neighbors car has been broken into twice and the license plates were almost yanked off. With that in mind, they just got rid of all assigned parking leaving it a free for all in the community thats already unstructured. Roughly 10 cars were also spray painted this last month. Building staff cares about nothing more than a paycheck and only care about collecting rent money. Ive had a 5 foot watermark in my ceiling for about a year, filed 3 different work orders and nothing has been done except for the maintenance worker saying the job was "completed." Especially during 2020, this complex has done nothing but make it difficult to be a resident here.

I've been here over 2 and a half years. My rent keeps raising with no real upkeep to the complex itself. Security is nothing more than a few kids who spend more time texting than walking the grounds. I've made work orders and never gotten notice before they enter my apartment. professionality is lacking.

Bed bugs. They will do everything they can to charge you for them. Very poor internet service. Rude staff. Regular maintenance issues. My sink just blew on me again today. Guess how long it'll take before I can use it again?
When I called prior to looking at this apartment complex I asked what would be required if I were to bring a service dog. I was told several times by several different people that all they would need was my service dog certification. Then upon leasing the apartment I was also asked two weeks after I moved in for a doctor's note. Not to mention the fact that before I leased I asked them if they had Wi-Fi and they informed me that they did. Upon leasing I discovered that they did not have Wi-Fi at all. Within the first two days of moving in, there were several service requests needed to be filled and were not done. The screen door on my patio was torn, my dishwasher was broken, my garbage disposal was broken, the carpet was torn up the laminate and the windows were all broken. And I also made the complex aware that there was water sitting on my patio every single day and that I had to mop every single day because the drain was not working properly. It has now been 3 weeks and they still have not fixed it and I have made them fully aware that it is a health hazard and that the smell is horrible and it is bringing mosquitoes and mold of all kinds. I have put in three separate service request for this issue alone and it still has not been taken care of. Now let's move on to how the office that treats me: after informing them that I have a disability they have taken to talking to me as if my disability was autism. They speak slowly as if I do not understand what they are saying. And they feel as though it is okay to ignore the fact that I have been lied to several times and pointed out several infractions within the lease.
This is my first apartment ever that I have rented all by myself and I have to say, it's been an extremely pleasant experience. The security guards are all very polite, the apartment layout is small but very efficient for a single mom with two little ones like me. The only complaint I would have is that I've been trying to get them to fix my very old, very out of date washing machine since I moved in and they swear there's nothing wrong with it but it takes THREE dry cycles on the hottest setting to dry a pair of jeans. For someone starting out, the location is wonderful. Everything is very local. It's worth checking out!
I lived here for about 6 months now and the maintenance and front office has been very helpful. The neighbors are very friendly and the noise level is very minimal. I would recommend this location to anyone in Vegas or people who are just starting to move and finding affordable apartments. It has easy access to 95 and a lot of shopping areas just walking distance.
The apartment is good size, enough parking spaces, right price, but not really safe.My scooter got stolen and someone try to break in.
The property is well maintained. Service requests are reasonably responded to. The rent recently went up to $855 for the large two bedroom after several years without an increase. Staff for the most part do their jobs. A recent change in management made a positive difference.
yelp reviews were a pretty harsh but don't let that discourage anyone from moving here its very nice i would rate it 6 out of 10 but having 2 pools and a Jacuzzi basketball court and tennis court . plus the one bedrooms go for 645 so its a oasis in the desert for not a lot of money.. plus your in Las Vegas ... which is fun. i recommend it as a starter place.. but couldn't stay more than 2 years ... personally. people say its hotter upstairs but you have air conditioning everywhere out here does not make the slightest difference. upstairs gives more privacy.
Apartments are decent but outdated in an affluent location, their security doesn't do their job and they lack amenities
