Apartment is peaceful, well lit, with large kitchen cabinets and closet space. If you would like to schedule a tour, please call the office between 9-5, Monday-Friday, but before we schedule the viewing please make sure you answer YES to these two questions: Can you show that you put at least $4000/month in your pocket? Is your credit score at least 630? If you answered NO to either of those questions, we regret that we will not be able to approve you for the apartment. Applicants must have an income-to-rent ratio of 3:1 which means we expect tenants to have a monthly net income (what you put in your pocket) of 3x the rent. We also look for good credit (above 650) and no prior evictions.
