Tapestry at Hollingsworth Park

Love this community and the location! It truly doesn't feel like an apartment complex at all and everyone is very sweet and respectful. My only complaint would be about the main office staff. They are bad at communicating and offering quick answers or solutions to problems. Half the time, the office isn't even open and phones are not being answered. A staff that was always present and consistent with communication and updates would warrant a 5 star review.

I have lived here since the summer of 2020 and I love my apartment. The staff is very nice and the maintenance technician is always readily available. The neighborhood is very beautiful and legacy Park is right down the street. It's close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely suggest living in the tapestry of Hollingsworth Park.

Living at Tapestry has been a wonderful experience! The leasing process is smooth and efficient. My apartment was beautiful when I moved in, I’m so happy!

So far I love it here. It’s clean and feels very safe. It’s a beautiful neighborhood in a beautiful area. The tapestry team does a great job.

My experience here has been wonderful. I feel well taken care of by the staff. Landscaping is kept up, monthly events are fun, maintenance always does a good job.

High price but very good neighborhood and location. We have some bug issue because we are in first floor. Leasing office employees are okay.

Staffs are good, good location, friendly neighbors, the apartment is OK, a little bit old school, just too many ants, need better pest control

I love living at Tapestry. It’s clean, well maintained, feels safe and is close to any shopping, dining, outdoor activity you could ever need. The entire Hollingsworth Park community feels very family friendly.

Great area of town and a beautiful community to live in. A lot within walking distance and biking distance. Quiet for being right off Woodruff Rd.

We have had the best residential experience living here! We have never experienced any problems with our apartment. Location is everything to be desired. Great amenities! Maintenance is always on top of everything. Office staff is the best! Samantha is the sweetest! We can't think of a better place to call home!!!

I moved to The Tapestry in 2020. I am still here because I really like this apartment complex! The manager is great and truly cares about the residents. The maintenance staff is very thorough and has a quick response time. The location is beautiful and close to everything that you would need such as shopping, parks, many restaurants etc. This is a wonderful place to call home.

This is by far the best neighborhood and area that I have lived in since I moved up this way. The staff in the office is by far amazing and always make sure they help you with anything that you need. Great community

It’s my favorite place I’ve ever lived, in 16 years of renting. Quiet. Peaceful. Friendly. Safe. Access to Swamp Rabbit Trail. We love it here.

It appears that residents are not taking the concept of “picking up after your pet” very seriously. I find “large gifts” all over even within steps of the bag/can stations. Please do the right thing.

I love this neighborhood! Well built apartments with nice amenities and close to everything you need. The price is very manageable and accessible.

Love living here and being able to walk to Legacy Park everyday. The only downside is that your neighbors can be loud if you're living on the lower floors.

We love living in our beautiful peaceful apartment. It is spacious and very accommodating for our family! We have enjoyed the pool this summer as well.

I have lived here since 2020 and have had a very good experience. The apartments are very beautiful and the location is wonderful! If you have a dog, it's a great place to live because legacy Park is right down the street. The staff is very friendly and truly care about the residents.

We are new to the community. I like the neighborhood feel. The neighbors seem very nice and so far it’s been very peaceful. The location is also excellent. It’s walking distance to restaurants and a coffee shop and easy access to the swamp rabbit trail.

It is nice and quiet just how I enjoy it. The neighbors are really friendly . They also clean up behind the pets which is always a plus. And the staff is always on time and ready when needed

I love tapestry! Very home like feel and during the warmer months, the pool area is spectacular. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner and the leasing office is always helpful in whatever questions I have. I recommend living here, it has so far been a great place to stay!

Would not not recommend and it has traumatized me to the point I am renting a house. There was mold that took months to fix, ac constantly broke in the summer. Issue after issue including workers smoking and leaving cigarette butts for dogs to eat. Never would rent here and would never recommend it to anyone.

We have lived here about a year and can't complain about anything except for the parking issue. Only a small issue at times! Maintenance is top notch! Any problems we have had, they are here within 24 hours or less. Apartment is GREAT!!! Would 100% recommend! Very quiet where we are and we enjoy our space. Special shout out to the neighbors that looked for our dog when she got out. Unfortunately, she was never found but one neighbor went over and beyond to look for her. We are super satisfied!

We love living here, beautiful community and great location being so close to the swamp rabbit trail. Maintenance is responsive and quick, front staff is nice and tries to get to you know you well. Cute events about every month too.

I have been here since July of 2020. The apartment layout is beautiful. The location is wonderful! It's near parks, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Great apartment community in a very nice neighborhood. New access to the SRT from Legacy Park is a huge plus. The noise level is about what you'd expect from a rental apartment complex. Wish it could be improved! But otherwise the community is still within a great environment.

Management & familiar faces keep changing -not as personable as it has been in the past -they are trying - but it’s pet friendly & maintenence is good

So, far our experience has been good. Hope to have a good time in here and enjoy the experience in the months to come. My commute to school is way better then before and location is excellent. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and pleasant.

We love this apartment complex. We searched and searched before realizing that The Tapestry/Willow Bridge stood out above the rest, and within reasonable price ranges! There are lots of floor plans to choose from, the amenities are great, dog friendly, wonderful front office staff and maintenance team. One of the the things we love most is that everyone has their own private entrance to their apartment and all stairs are located indoors. It gives it that home-y feel! We've called this home for two years and have not had any issues. 10/10 recommend!

Leasing manager has been helpful. Neighbors are friendly, and it is a quiet community. The surrounding area is very nice with lots of shopping and stores around.

We were looking for a handicap accessible apartment and found the perfect fit here at Tapesty Apartments! It was literally the unicorn of opportunities for our family. Close to our kid's school, walkable community, amazing amenities with a dog park, pool, exercise room, walking paths, close to shopping and highways. Highly recommend this complex.

Outstanding location close to both 85 and 385 and going the other way less than a 10 min drive to downtown Greenville. Also great value for the money

So far have been having issue after issue. If not the mold in my food pantry, it was the AC and if it wasnt the AC it was their broken hoses that would splash water right at my door and window at night and took months for them to fix. They charge crazy pet fees yet I saw and still see alot of people not cleaning up. when they gave me my move in date and a week later had to tell me it wouldnt be ready for another 2 weeks. One of the employees of this apartment complex used to smoke right outside front door and she would just throw them on the ground infront of my door. I finally one day that the next time she did it I walked outside and said pick it up. I cant understand how they do not care about the residents kids or pets who live here and actually pay the bills and their actual salaries. Not to mention being bought out multiple times which then leaves the actual residence with issues with work orders that still yet to be done from the first owners of this apartment complex.

I have been a resident at the Tapestry since 2020 and my rental experience has been Great! There is a new management team now and they are wonderful! The last management team was good as well. I love the location here because it's a nice place for walking my dog. The apartment itself is beautiful and offers a contemporary floorplan. I would definitely recommend The Tapestry to my friends and family.

We have lived at Tapestry for three years and love it. Perfect location! Close to Legacy Park, downtown, shopping and so much more. We can get on the Swamp Rabbit Trail in minutes. A nice, quiet community.

Maintenance is very quick. Great neighborhood to live in. However, the parking is scarce in the back of the complex, and I have had a neighbor tell me that I can’t park in my driveway, even though the leasing agent told me that I could. The other neighbors have been very friendly, though.

Pricey but good neighborhoods and location. Management needs little improvement. Parking can be issue sometimes. Overall okay apartment so far.

So far my resident experience has been great! I love the peaceful quiet hours and the neighbors I have met so far. The property is clean, and the office staff is so nice! The only complaints are the landscape beds are not the most taken care of and the pool is closed (opened all year) currently without any communication as to why, but outside of that, its the best apartment complex I have ever lived in!

Love this complex and the staff! They are always very helpful and friendly. They’re throwing cool resident events and doing their best to make Tapestry the best!
