Encompassing the entire west side of Florida State University, the University neighborhood consists of several smaller neighborhoods, like Amelia Circle, Elberta Empire, and Mabry Manor. The neighborhood stretches from just north of Highway 90 south toward Seminole Golf Course and Club. Because it is so close to campus, University consists of a variety of housing -- ranch-style houses, townhomes, apartment communities, and student housing developments help make this eclectic area even more interesting. Mature trees shade the streets, and residential areas with cul-de-sacs create a suburban feel to this downtown neighborhood. Residents enjoy proximity to Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium, home of the Seminoles football team.

Property Ratings at The Boulevard at Tallahassee - Student Living
If I could rate -5 stars I would. They are charging my account for terrible plumbing they have, because the toilet overflowed. That is not tenants' responsibility. The two times I visited, I was calling about sink and toilet in bathroom. I would not recommend this place to stay for anyone.
Not Excellent! Getting charged late fee because the complicated way they separate the rent from utilities. I called the front office to get things clarified before the rentutiliites were due, and the person at the front office didn't have an answer for me. I just found out I am being charged a late fee of $35. I did what I thought was right by calling before rent/utilities were due, which I never received an answer because the gentelman didn't know, then get charged a late fee after paying rent and utilities....Not happy with this apartment complex at all!!
So me and my brother have lived at the Boulevard for 3 years and I can say without a doubt, it has been an amazing living experience. I could not have imagined a better place to live in my time at FSU. The rent is crazy cheap and the apartments and amenities are incredible. Above all, the management and staff are always super friendly. 10/10 would recommend you live here.
First of all the speed bumps is the literal worst thing ever and most of them are SO unnecessary. My apartment was never cleaned, when I moved to my balcony looked like it's been dirty for years. I asked for a maintenance request and two teenage boys come with a single broom and left after two minutes. We had so many roaches too moving in. I am coming to and end of my lease and we have had a total of 17 roaches (trust me I have counted). The property manager is not very kind, I've come to her with certain problems and she has tried to twist it around and blame my roommates and me. We got paired with a fourth roommate without even filling out a roommate match or even having the chance to fill it out. Overall, I really regret living here, apartments are gross, and the property manager only cares about herself. Do not recommend.
The BLVD is by far the worst place to live in Tallahassee. Speed bumps, litter, and overall annoyances are everyday problems. 0/5
The property manager works hard to delete negative reviews as if there isn't a plethora of emails showing how she refused to handle a terrible roommate issue then chose to do nothing else about it. Similar to an older posting, the property manager is ridiculous and her manager is no better. She pretends to actually try to resolve the issue but first denying our leases to be terminated when it was fit to but instead attempted to offer 2 weeks all the while holding our security deposits. She is crooked and rude. She leaves a plethora of fake positive reviews as well. In addition, they return your package if you forget as little as your bedroom number!
They matched our daughter with a psycho. She was terrified everyday. They told her to call the police. She called them several times only making things worse. They knowingly matched her with someone that 2 other people moved out because of. She left the apartment vacant for 2 months because she was terrified. We asked they please apply the 2 months deposit they were holding to the last months rent. They refuse. Horrible service. The whole point of deposit is to get rent. This is not an unreasonable request. Considering the nightmare some accommodation would have been appreciated. The manager is horrible. Property management is a small world. Shame on them!
This is the third apartment complex I've lived at in Tallahassee and I have had the least issues and the manager and staff has always been very helpful and considerate. I had a very weird situation with roommates and they helped me figure everything out and were very fair about it! They are a very well-run office and complex and I highly recommend living here!
I personally like staying at The Blvd. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is even better. I'm currently in school and I like the fact that it is up the street from FSU. My best friend attends FAMU and that is up the street as well. One thing I'll forever remember is that when I was signing Carol told my mom that she is my mom now too and that made me feel so much more comfortable with staying here. I recommend this apartment to whoever is interested in 3 and 4 bedrooms! I wish you all had 1 bedrooms so that I'll never have to leave!!! =)
I urge everyone to STAY AWAY FROM The Boulevard of Tallahassee. I don't normally write reviews on things, but I hope to save some people the hassle and headache that I went through. The Boulevard staff will act so nice and convince you that this is the best place to live in Tallahassee...DON'T FALL FOR IT! I had issues the first day I moved in and they continued the the entire year. I was happy to finally be done with the place, then I received a $200.00 "move out bill" in the mail with ridiculous charges; such as, $8.00 to replace the kitchen burners. If it was worth the time, I would seriously report this company to the Better Business Bureau.
Love living at the blvd! The singing fee was a little steep ($129) but the amenities are great and the staff if so helpful :) There's a yoga room with a TV screen so you can play your own DVDs to workout and there are two pools! I'm a student and I also love the computers in the clubhouse for you to do your homework and the study rooms. It sucks you have to drive your trash to the nearest dumpster but it's a big complex so I get it. You should def consider much here! They're one of the cheapest places in town without sacrificing quality .
If you want to be upset, have poor management, and over pay, stay here.
