As its name implies, Stadium Area is home to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, home of the Baltimore Orioles. Fans delight in this sport-centric neighborhood located in Downtown Baltimore. The Baltimore Ravens play at M&T Bank Stadium, which is located just south of the neighborhood while casual eateries and sports bars are scattered throughout the district. Ridgley's Delight rests beside Stadium Area and houses the Babe Ruth Birthplace and Museum.
You don’t have to be a sports fan to enjoy Stadium Area either. The neighborhood lies a few blocks away from the University of Maryland-Baltimore and some of the city’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment hubs. Crack crabs at longstanding seafood spots, admire sea creatures at the National Aquarium, or spend a night out at Power Plant Live!, a trendy enclave for entertainment and nightlife.

Property Ratings at The Greenehouse Apartments
Have been waiting for ongoing maintenance issues to be resolved for months. I've had more than one ceiling leak and I'll put in a work order and it'll be marked as "work order completed" despite no one ever coming to fix or take a look at my issues.
I have lived here for 6 months and planning to live here as long as I am in Baltimore. What I like about this building is the very high ceilings and the exposed brick walls which give it a special warmth and charm. The management staff work hard to fix any issue should one arise. I specifically would like to thank Ms. Lorie from the management team for going above and beyond to help. I always felt she has the tenant’s best interest in mind and she tries to find any discounts and any additional perks to help making the tenants’ life more comfortable. She always follows up to make sure the maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Additionally, I had a great experience with Ms. Haneen from the leasing team, she has to be the fastest communicator I have ever dealt with. Her response time is usually 0-5 minutes, which made completing my lease contract a breeze. Overall I am very happy here thanks to the helpful staff, charming building structure, and the great location.
Moving into Greenehouse and thought it would be an awesome experience. Here are some things that happened during our time leasing: 1. LOTS of rats in dog park area 2. Water heater exploded and we were told to wait days to have it fixed as it flooded one of our bedrooms. 3. Homeless people regularly break into and set up camp in fire escape or vacant apartments 4. Rude,non-communicative management 5. Fire alarm malfunction which resulted in the fire alarm blairing at random for months. 6. Broken building door lock that either just didn't work at all, letting anyone in, or used a very guess-able entry code. 7. PMC corporate staff bullied and threatened us. 8. Endless noise and cigarette smoke complaints for our neighbors upstairs - PMC did nothing.
- Cabinets and appliances were very dirty when we moved in - Rodent and Pest appeared within 2-3 days of moving in - Cracks in the baseboards and corners where rodents and pests may have entered were not sealed until the exterminator arrived - Front door of the apartment was cut too short, leaving a substantial gap at the bottom of the door, which would allow rodents and pest easy entry, but I was told residents usually pay for door scrubbers - Management would not grant a meeting with my wife and I, after agreeing to a meeting - there is only ONE maintenance person for the building and he is scheduled to work Greenhouse 2 days out of the week. Otherwise, he is working PMC's other properties, which led to a 3-4 day response in attending to our maintenance issues. - Trash rooms have no ventilation, which probably add to the pest problem - My wife and I have become very regretful, after a month of living here - We only expect for fair business to happen and I've already had it with management's, 'so what, tough cookie' mentality - Management is poor. - There is more, but I'm tired of typing
People’s stuff are regularly stolen including Closing from laundry room and packages rom “package room”, and there’s nothing anyone can do about it. I wish I have done more research before choosing this place.
I lived in apartment 404 for 18 months. I loved the building, the location. Our living room faced Camden Yards and during baseball season we could watch the fireworks from our couch or simply hop across the street to the game. Any problem we had management quickly addressed. The original wood floors, exposed brick walls, 22ft ceilings, all gave it so much history and charm. We often walked to the inner harbor and fells pointe for entertainment and brunch. It was more than just a loft, it was home. Some of the happiest times of my life were spent there. If you’re looking for a beautiful loft in Baltimore, the Greenehouse should be your first and only stop. Best wishes ??
I moved into the Greene House apartments in December. After comparing and going back and fourth between plenty of gorgeous places here in Baltimore I decided on this one. The gorgeous vaulted ceilings, refurbished hard wood floors, exposed brick and all around industrial charm made my decision fairly easy. Let's not forget the unbeatable prices, spectacular floor plans, quaint gym and awesome rooftop deck! Before choosing the floor plan that best fit my needs, I was shown atleast 10-15 different floor plans! Ever single apartment is different in some way, which is extremely hard to find now-a-days. Cookie cutter apartments are a thing of the past when it comes to this gem. Since living here I have met great neighbors and the management has always been ready to respond & help with situations. Anyone looking for a personable & industrial chic place has to put this one at the top of their lists.
