I am happy to live here. It's well kept, clean, spacious and a decent place to live. I wish there was a pool, gym and/or playground but hope this will be added in the near future. The staff is nice, maintenance is great and cleaning people do a realy good job on making sure the place is kept well. I hope a portal is added soon but I couldn't ask for a better place especially coming from where I left.
The overall apartment is very nice. Definitely a modern feel. The management staff is great trying get you into a studio apartment, they were always in the office when it came to filling up apartments. Now they are non-existence, they make up their own hours. They pick and choose when they want to come in on Saturday's. There are no hours that are posted. The hours that are on the website are not updated. They have no online page for maintenance request or rent payment. You can not pay your rent online, you have to come to the office every month. When you have a maintenance request it takes over a week. When you follow back up on your maintenance request they tell you that they have someone working on it. How can you work on something but not come to the apartment to check out what's wrong. When you call the number for immediate maintenance the call hangs up or tells you the leave a message. The ceilings on the top floors already have water damage, soon it will mold. I haven't even been living here three months yet. The trash room overflows on the weekend, the garage disposal never works, so we will need pest control pretty soon because every weekend there is no where to put your trash. You smell weed through out the building all day even though you sign a drug free contract.
Before the building was open the communication was very bad. There were frequent changes in office staff but now that the building is open to lease, the staff is great. The building is upkept very nice. The building and garage is secured. I have no issues here at the grove, I'm happy.

I tried to lease an apartment for my son. I filled out the application online and submitted it exactly as they requested. I was told it would take between 24-48 hours for the decision to be made, including being sent to compliance. I was told I needed certain pieces of info which I attempted to email multiple times, they never received it. I tried to fax it for three days and when I emailed them, I was told their fax machine wasn't working, try again tomorrow. When I mentioned we were on a short time line, they informed me that I hadn't provided the necessary documentation in a "timely manner". I called the 844 number on the website and the person working there couldn't find any information on this complex. I would strongly recommend to anyone that they look elsewhere for an apartment rental. Clearly, no one knows what they are doing....
The leasing office is pretty good. Whenever I come in person, they immediately know my name and my application status and will bend over backward to help me. They are pretty great people working there. There are other problems though. Their phones never seem to work. That's not really their fault as I know they are trying to fix it but at least get a temporary phone while you're waiting for the phones to be repaired. The housing itself is amazing. Get a tour!

Unfortunately, I must agree with the previous comments. I applied for an apartment in September and still have no idea when I will be moving. I am fortunate enough to have a place to stay in the mean time, but my patience is wearing very thin. The opening date has constantly been pushed back and the rental office can only make excuses if you are even able to get in touch with them. The number they have on the website disconnects every time I call and the other number I was provided goes straight to voicemail. I'm quite sure if this property wasn't income based I would not have these issues. This is only a reflection of what's to come which makes me question if I even want to live here anymore.

They NEVER answer the phone and on the rare occasion I do get through they never have an update on when a possible move in date will be. I was told December 1st and I still haven't heard anything and its almost January 1st. They need to hire new people in the leasing office as soon as possible because they have been the opposite of helpful. I can only imagine what management will be like once the actual building does open (if they ever do!). At this point in time I have been approved and also gave them a $150 deposit and all of my messages and emails have gone ignored. This is a disappointment. The website also needs to be updated because it states they will be available Fall 2016 which is incorrect.

We are sorry for your experience. Unfortunately with new buildings we have unforeseen delays with construction and permitting. We have been transitioning our temporary office to the building. We will be opening on December 27th. We hope you will come and visit us and we can show you your new home.
I have been waiting to move into The Grove for the past 4 months. The leasing agents and central office has absolutely no clue as to when these will become move in ready. The central office says 30-60days, keep in mind they have been saying that since August. The leasing agents keep saying, "On the first of this month we will start moving people in", once the 1st gets here they push it back to the 15th. When the 15th gets here they push it back to the 1st of the next month and so forth. They have been giving me false hope since I got approved. Here I am 4 months later and still had not gotten a truthful answer as to what is taking so long. I really wanted to stay in these apartments but I had no other choice but to move elsewhere giving my living situation. I hope they can all get on one page and stop lying about possible move in dates for the sake of other potential residents. Also, it is very hard to get in contact with the leasing agents. They NEVER answer the phone. Your best bet is to randomly show up at the temporary office they currently have.

I had an appointment with the leasing office today at 4pm. Stood outside the apartment building for 15 minutes calling the local office with no response. Finally called the central office to find out I was never given the temporary leasing office address which is accords town. I have tried calling the office before work no response and today was absolutely ridiculous. Voicemails, emails, it seems the only way to get in touch with management is through the central office. Experienced terrible response time and poor communication during my inquiry for this rental property.

We do send out a confirmation e-mail with the temporary leasing office information along with the signage outside the building giving the location of the temporary leasing office.
