Been a pretty decent place to live for short term. Not a lot of good amenities and feedback from office personnel. Hot tub rarely ever works and pool is only 4ft deep at the most.

The apartment complex is relatively clean, but there are mice in the apartments that they didn't tell me about before I moved in. The move in process was made more difficult by the leasing staff's lack of communication at various stages.

I love it here at The HUB. I plan to refer several people that I know and work with. I don't have any complaints at the moment and truly doubt that I ever will.

Please do not live here. You deserve better. Mold. Toilet wouldn't flush. The entire apartment smelt like sewage and water damage when we got here. When we ran the dishwasher there was an ENTIRE onion and black goop in the bottom. We have caught cockroaches living behind our dishwasher many a time. The underneath of our kitchen sink looks like a bottomless pit and it's covered in black "substance." When we asked the maintenance to fix the mold they said it was just black stains (didn't know stains could live and grow). There was a LIVE wire completely exposed... it took them almost a month to fix it. One of our bathroom cabinets looks like a biology experiment. The best part of living here is the transit system, leaving is the best part of my day. For the first couple weeks I lived here my throat would hurt from all the fumes I breathed in overnight (an experience shared by all my roommates). Additionally the random 4th roommate we got was literally insane. Please save yourself while you can.

Very nice staff and repairmen! My move-in was nice and fun, and I'm happy to make the Hub my home. They also have a nice pool and gym area, they are currently fixing the hot tub so I can't wait for that!

Love the apartments and amenities and all the people here! Everything is well taken care of and everyone is so nice, the apartments are super close to campus and it's very pet friendly as well.

My review of the HUB, I consider outstanding place to live and quite as well. The manager or management team is there for you when you have a problem.

The hub is a pretty nice apartment that is close to campus and very convenient. With tiger transit making frequent stops on site, it makes getting to and from campus very easy.

Everything has been pretty good. Apartment felt like no one had ensured it was truly clean, i.e. the fridge and the stove were pretty dirty. My door has a hole completely through it, which was not fixed before I moved in, I believe it should have been. The wifi is not great but getting my own wifi helped.

Initial move in was not that great, many issues with the apartment which should had been addressed prior to moving in. However, management and the maintenance team have been aggressively addressing all of the issues, many of the issues were addressed in the first couple of days.

Sign in was very easy and quick when we arrived There were a few maintenance issues with the apartment but they are being taken care of quickly

Easy The staff was very pleasant and the process of checking in was pleasant and efficient.

Move-in went great and everyone in the front office was very helpful. They quickly addressed and changed any concerns that we had in the apartment and helped where we needed.

Overall it has been worth the price I pay for rent each month. It’s close to Jordan hare so I can walk there on game days and close to Walmart which is a huge plus!

We were on campus for a tour from NJ and was able to see the Hub. Thank you to Dylan who took the time to show us around.

Excellent place to live and very affordable. I've been a resident since 2017 and absolutely enjoy it. Friendly staff and neighbors. Just wish they had more resident events

Living at The Hub has been great for me . I enjoy the pool in the summer . The hub has helped me establish living on my own at my age it's peaceful and quiet

My roommates haven’t been the best. But my experience here with the amazing staff, maintenance requests being handled swiftly, and anytime I call my concerned are addressed and resolved. I do wish maybe the roommate part was handled a little better but all in all I say 4/5 stars the Hub. You can bet as long as Starr and Kimberly are running things your success will be immense.

Overall, I like living here. The employees are responsive and they address maintenance requests in a timely manner. I do wish they would communicate more about the maintenance they are doing, like saying when its finished or if they checked something. Additionally, the wifi that comes with the apartment is awful. Otherwise, its a nice and friendly community.

Great price for comfort living and great neighborhood. Could be more neat and cleaner. Gym need more equipment for more exercise doing. Snack machine need to be updated with new products.

Quiet community, very clean, and great amenities. The coffee shop is cute and convenient even if it is a bit pricey. Management is cool and maintenance doesn’t take long. My only “complaint” is I don’t know where the rooftop lounge I’ve seen online is.

So far it’s been the best experience. Management is awesome. Response time is quick for any concerns. My roommates are the best. I’m glad my friend recommended this property.

Everyone that I have met so far have been realy nice, I just wish some of them would clean up after their dogs and themselves better. It would be great if the complex could fence in a piece of the property for a dog park also.

The office staff is next to useless when it comes to serious matters of quality of living. With the exception of alerting me (most of the time) when I get packages, they are rude and unhelpful. My roommates and I have been berated and blatantly called liars by the head of maintenance and office staff. Maintenance requests for important things like leaking and broken windows or mold under sinks or cleaning smoking residue from past residents are disregarded, sometimes marked as complete without even reaching out with questions or coming to the unit. The property is gross, poorly drained, and riddled with smoking paraphernalia. The parking lots are poorly lit and oftentimes have lots of trash scattered throughout. The quality of the units is very poor. The quality of the staff employed here is just as poor. I would not recommend living here to anyone I know, or even strangers.

I love staying here they management is excellent I have been here since July of 2023 with no problems. All except the stairs.

I'm really glad I chose the Hub to live here. I find it super easy to get to campus even on game days. I can't wait to come back in the Fall.

I love it at the Hub. The staff is all the best. Whenever we have a problem it gets done the same day. Even one time my roommates and I had a bug in our apartment and we called the office because we were so scared and them came up with no questions asked.

The hub is the place is the place to be. If you are an incoming freshman or sophomore it's great for meeting friends. The gym is awesome for working out and not having to deal with on campus parking services. The tiger transit is super easy to navigate and takes you straight to campus. It's a great price for their location.

I love living here the resident events are seriously so fun. I love everything about the Hub.

Terms of lease are annual and you cant move out without taking legal action or subletting your apartment 4-15 month leases dont exist its August 1st to July 31. Amenities dont match pictures and apartments arent even close to maintained as well the staged photos. Lease rule that arent enforced include: Cleaning up pet waste on grass, Not having glass bottles in the pool, Smoking cigars, cigarettes and marijuana in common areas, removal of dumped furniture and items after moveout, underage drinking, and roommates moving additional people into the apartment. Security is sporadic at best after 10pm and selectively enforced but they are well augmented by Auburn PD who seem to be at the complex every weekend.

The Hub is AMAZING! I've lived many places and The Hub by far is the best. Incredible amenities, the maintenance is WONDERFUL, staff is so, so nice and always willing to help, and their buildings are renovated very nicely. Each time I have ever called maintenance, they've come within 30 minutes of my call and immediately fixed the problem. They have security who walks around at night & the 'noise' you'd expect from college parties on the weekends is almost nonexistent. They have ROTC trails to go walking and running on and also a nice fire pit that gave me an opportunity to meet some new residents while making s'mores! I highly recommend ANYONE to live here! I absolutely love it & things are really looking up in the future for The Hub!

Can I give zero stars? I guess the one will be the cheap rent. Pray you don't have an issues because you will be SOL with this apartment complex. 1. The AC works great in my living room but it will not reach the two side bedrooms. The office straight up told us its too expensive and inconvenient for them to fix the blocked ducts. Really?!?!? 2. I bought a shirt online for a business meeting and UPS shipped it to the office. That's fine, no problems so far. The issue is they didn't open the office not once during their office hours on Saturday, the day before my meeting. I looked stupid at my meeting because I didn't have the right attire. The office repaid me for the shirt but what about the damage to my career? 3. I moved in mid July and TWO weeks later my parking pass expired unbeknownst to me. My car was towed and it cost me $100 to get it back. The office was unsympathetic and told me there was nothing at all they could do. I was unaware that the pass I was given would only last two weeks. My advice to you would be reconsider this place. The office may not even be open when you come to view lol. I've stayed at many apartment complexes and this is thus far my worst experience.

The staff is always cordial and helpful, but the office always seems to be closed and locked randomly during times their website states as their normal business hours. Especially on the weekends. Some weekends they seem to be open, but other times they are closed all weekend with no explanation or warning. All packages are stored inside the building, so it would be nice to know when they are closed and why. I have tried to pick up multiple packages and been met with frustration at a closed office.

Not a bad apartment. Amenities are great, pool can be gross. Normally pretty helpful with maintenance too.

I've been living here for two years. My first year was under the old management. Trinity Properties has done a complete 180 with this place. I'm so jealous of the upcoming residents. The units and amenities are going to be top-notch.
