One55 Lofts

Just moved to San Rafael and so happy that I found a place to live like 155 lofts. I've lived here for 3 months and ive been enjoying the strong community of residents. The team at 155 lofts are incredible and have made it a safe and fun place to live. Highly recommend this great location - close to downtown and is in walking distance to anywhere in San Rafael.

The lofts are very nice and the lounge here feels very relaxed and peaceful. I'm renting a 1 bd and bth loft. Its pretty spacious area for me and my son 5yr old. The neighbors are nice as well .

At first it was a little uncomfortable but it's much better under this management. Very good at responding to service calls. Nice and quiet and clean.

A prime location. Close to EVERYTHING! The community is pet friendly, has a hot tub, small gym area and new patio/grill area that I'm looking forward to using!

Automated management makes it somewhat difficult to have anyone respond in the immediate moment, which can lead to frustration as if something happens after hours, you're stuck with an automated response which is no help. However, once management does respond, they are quick, effective, and attentive for the most part. Some issues are long standing such as roaches and no matter what we've done, they are impossible to get rid of. However the apartments are spacious with high ceilings, with enjoyable amenities such a dog park, community grill, and hot tub which improve on the resident experience here.

Would not recommend to anyone for any reason even if last resort. Miscommunication, irresponsible, lack of respect or understanding, underdeveloped and over charging

Great place to live in. Such beautiful place and quiet. Store are near you you can even walk instead of driving far for groceries I really recommend.

The management team here is fantastic. Anytime I have a concern or request, they respond quickly and professionally. It really makes living here stress-free.

Luxury ???? after six months, I’ve already seen roaches numerous times in my apartment. We have some very questionable tenants living in the place, constantly having transient in and out of their apartment, smoking cigarettes, leaving the door open, and you can see what a toxic place it is not to mention neighborhood is a dump.

Really comfy and beautiful inside and outside, friendly people and good environment. Really clean and comfortable for any occasion, especially for family occasions

I really enjoy the new dog park! its beautiful to look at and its nice to have an area dedicated to our pups. My only concern is that my dogs can fit through the bars of the fence and will escape to chase other dogs.

Unexpectedly I moved from Austin, Texas and was pressed for time and convenience. The application and leasing process was so streamlined and easy that it removed all the stress from moving so quickly. The staff here has been excellent as the response time is very quick and professional. I continue to receive VIP treatment with every engagement. I was a little nervous about city sounds keeping me up at night but with windows closed my home is so quiet. A new hot tub and bbq/patio has just been built making living even more comfortable. Perfect location as it is in walking distance to everything. I'm really enjoying the location and space.

The 1 bed and 1 bathroom loft unit is amazing. Very modern and clean lstyle apartment. It is cozy size for bedroom. The kitchen is convenient and simply. The apartment itself is quiet and peaceful.the BBQ area and fireplace looks comfortable and fun as well.

The management team is responsive and efficient. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff is always courteous. They also communicate important information clearly and timely. Thank you so much for your hard work !!! Happy resident for 10 yeas

The price point is great for the location. Cool floor plans. Washer and dryer in every apartment. Walking distance from everything.

I feel comfortable, lovely community and I meet great neighbors when I just move in was impress because the place is silent . they are very attentive for service request

The place is exactly what we expected! There have been a few bumps but Thayer and the team do an amazing job of addressing any issues! My partner and I are delighted

Lovely area but the walls allow for sound from neighbors to leak through. Nice design overall. Very Modern and convenient appliances. Friendly people.

I enjoy that 155 Lofts is a dog friendly community and that there is a parking garage. I would feel safer if there was a security guard throughout the night, especially if the gates aren't working properly. I also like the new mailbox/packaging system.

Looks nice. The dog run is great. Upgrades are better then expected. The paint job looks amazing. The grounds are clean. Maintenance man is excellent.

Inside the apartment is nice but the surrounding area is dismal and bleak. Garbage everywhere, dog poop everywhere. The unhoused have access to the complex and are loud and disruptive. Gate is constantly broken. I have roaches in my apartment. My car was broken into. I have found drugs while walking my dog, which if consumed would definitely cause his demise.

Enjoy my new place love the property, Blair and the maintenance staff are absolute pleasure and always willing to help love living downtown and being able to walk almost anywhere

Was told the apartment is ready and when moving found many machinery to be faulty. Washer machine & dryer failed and leaked water over the floor, room doors are stuck closed, locks do not work, dish washer does not operate, chips on the corners of walls, all this information was filled out during the inspection list before moving in. And nothing has been done about it. That’s not including outside issues. Exit gate, strangers attempting to open door, or attempting to open window. Rude neighbors. Would not recommend. Moving out when lease is up

Only problem is the reliability of the elevator for disabled residents otherwise all aspects are 100% good. Can’t wait for the dog run is complete.

Apartments are nice and well maintained. We were told utilities were included in the rent, but really they are paid in addition to rent just on the same ledger. Vale trash is nice.

The upgrades to the locks, windows and the new paint job are great. We have a eclectic mix of people who for the most part are respectful and mindful of the community. Engagement with staff can be elusive, but once communication gets going the interaction is easy and fairly responsive.

The overall experience is great! That being said the apartment is right now experiencing a renovation for months and it adds inconvenience to life, which is why I did not give 5 star. I hope the renovation is finishing soon and the community will look better.

I absolutely love living at the lofts... 3 years and counting. Blair is fantastic and I am excited about the upgrades being made. The new paint job looks fantastic. And still the best location in San Rafael I have to say. :-)

I love being so close to everything! I can walk just about everywhere and when I can't, we're right off the highway. And we're SURROUNDED by delicious food!

Living here is Awesome! We got a pool, covered parking, friendly neighbors and people that work here, a security system, and we can have pets! what more could you ask for. Its Great

So far so good! Ive enjoyed living in the new space. Its a quiet area and the neighbors are friendly. All of the amenities in my unit fit my needs perfectly.

I love living @ the Lofts! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Blair & Louis are a great team and get things done pronto with welcoming smile and attitude. They really make you feel @ home! Can't beat the convenient location with world class bocce ball and bingo right across the street,!

I just moved to one55 and I love it so far! Everyone has been friendly and everything looks clean / appears safe. I like that it is a gated community and that there is a garage parking lot. Washer/dryer is such a good feature as well.

I like the apartment and it's nice and cold I like the neighbors they're nice and quiet whenever they want to be the manager is pretty good with communication and it's great

Convenient location you have the city, beach & woods all 30-40min away. Service/ repair calls are answered quickly, other than that staff is hard to get a hold of. Property is nice & pet friendly. Wouldn’t recommend getting packages delivered as not all are delivered to concierge & even then packages are frequently stolen w/ no follow up from staff. Some vagrant issues, dumpster divers. Parking is very v safe, whether you pay or park in the open lot next door but if it rains too hard exit gate goes down.

We have submitted several service requests for our apartment to fix various things, and they have been very quick to fix many of them. The workers were very polite and kind. We still don't have a mail key, but that one is "in progress" - hopefully we get it today. The complex is nice, pretty quiet. I can't hear my neighbors at all, which is great. We get a lot of sunshine on both sides of our apartment. Lots of natural light. There have been some minor incidents with homeless people and there are sketchy acquaintances of other tenants coming and going, but nothing serious. The staff is responsive sometimes, but aren't super Johnny on the spot. They might be stretched a little thin, tbh. The place just got new management and there's a lot going on. I don't really blame them. Overall, good experience so far.

Answered the many questions I had in a timely manner. Staff is friendly and helped me feel welcome. Worked with me on move in date and switching apartment I wanted to apply for.

The whole staff here at One55 lofts in San Rafael ca . Is incredibly helpful and works so hard . Our building Maintenance Mgr John is incredibly helpful. I take concerns to him and he takes them to our Mgr. Raj and she will reach out to me or my family .

I just want to let people know that this apartment management very poor response and no one in the office and no respect at all I was living this apartment a most two year and very hard to move because of carelesss respond pls think before you move this place

A great location for professional working near downtown San Rafael

I can’t recommend this place to anyone because of the cockroaches problem.

Overall the place is fine. I do like the floor plan and the fact that I have two levels. I also like the dog policy as someone who has a large breed dog. Things that can/should improve: * Faster responses to maintenance requests - been here almost a month now and my initial requests havent been addressed yet. * The walls/floors could be a LOT thicker. At this price point that should come with some silence perks if not the windows then definitely the walls/floors/ceilings. * Units on the first floor on the road facing side should be outfitted with Triple Pane windows to reduce noise, for the amount of rent charged here, the fact that you can hear every footstep outside the windows is rough. Even the windows that look onto the courtyard or hall areas could be thicker. Again, you can hear EVERYTHING at all times. * These rental prices are WAY too high. The fact that these are priced on the SUPER high side of the market (especially for San Rafael) AND you have things like being able to hear your neighbors and (on the first floor) every single thing that happens outside is super rough month over month. * The water heater in the closet is terrible. Harping on the price point again, you pay this much for a place that has 1/2 a closet?! And you cant buy any type of external closet to cover the original and provide more closet options for yourself because you cant block the water heater ICOE.

I really love the setup of the apartments the outside is beautiful with the barbecue pit and the seating outside and the little pool it's really a beautiful place! Close to downtown right across from a beautiful Park it's a beautiful beautiful place! The staff has been friendly and kind and attentive to our needs! I really really really enjoy living here!

Ive only been here a couple weeks but Im very pleased I moved here. The loft is beautiful, full of natural light, and right across the street from the minor league baseball park - I can watch games from my living room! Downtown San Rafael is coming back to life after the long lockdown and Im having a great time sampling the many restaurants.

I love the open floor plan and lighting of the apartments, it makes a small space seem much bigger. The grounds outside is also well maintained.

After taking a tour of the building and reading other reviews, I was excited to move into The Lofts. However, after moving in, I would never recommend this place. Our apartment was filthy with countless broken features upon move-in, some of which are still unresolved. There have been countless issues with the building's amenities and features (e.g. garage doors, mail room, mail boxes...), and it is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone to help. I consider myself a very patient person, but I am absolutely at my wit's end with this place.
