I have been a resident of Reserve at Redwine for 9 years and I have to say I enjoy every moment of it. The property is always clean and maintained. My apartment is just the right size and very spacious for a one bedroom. The staff here, even tho I've been here long enuf to see at least 4 new managements take over, each one seem to handle whatever difficulties may arrive with ease and resolved in a very professional manner. Everything about my apartment is amazing, from the staff to the apartment itself. They keep the neighborhood clean and are very welcoming. The neighbors are very quiet so is the neighborhood, I absolutely love my neighborhood and so do all of my friends and family. And the area is a bonus because everything is very close by.

The complex is quiet and grounds are maintained . I just wish the people that have dogs would stop being lazy and clean up after their pets especially being that there's a dog park & plenty of doggy waste stations throughout the complex. If you have children there's really nothing on the premises for them except the pool. It's better for professionals.The apts are decent in size appliances are stainless steel,back splash and cabinets are just ok. Cabinets are either white or brown. We now have the option to sign up to a 17 month lease instead of just a 12 month . I've been here 3 years and management has changed 3 times. I feel comfortable here.

The stay has been nice so far. The apartment is spacious and looks very nice inside. The community is quiet, and the people are welcoming. My only complaint so far is having to hear the planes fly over every day, but I've gotten a little used to them already.

i love it here. It’s so quiet and peaceful. I have had a few issues with bugs but nothing spray can’t handle. Other than that i love it here

In the recent years, the love that I had for this complex has start to waver. It seems as if the love and care for this complex is no longer here. SECURITY is one of the biggest issues. People's guest parking in non visitor parking spots. And no one around to ticket or tow said vehicles. I mjust was the same level of care that use to be here when I first moved in 6 years ago.

My experience from the time I expressed interest to the time I signed my lease and received my keys was seamless. Brittney, my leasing agent was informative, patient in answering all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. The community itself is quiet and well kept. I look forward to coming home every day. The views from my apartment are absolutely breathtaking.

So far my experience has been pretty good. There are few concerns but for the most part I’m satisfied. I’m coming up on year 2 here and I’m sure I will stick around until it’s time purchase my forever home.

I love it here. It’s quiet, everyone was friendly. My bathroom is amazing !! It’s always enough parking , the walls like sound proof, so me and my roommate can’t hear each other

Great, safe, environment-friendly people close to everything, the airport, and malls; the maintenance crew is on point anytime you call; they are there to help with whatever needs to be done. You're also close to the highway, and the area has everything you could ask for

I love it here! An amazing community with an amazing staff. There have been major upgrades to the community in such a short amount of time! The property is beautiful.

The community events are a great way to socialize and meet friendly neighbors. The staff is excellent and respond to maintenance request promptly. The community is clean and well kept. The parking sometimes can be challenging especially on the weekends. Security is always present and the community is a safe place to live and raise children.

No Place Like Home
The complex is amazing. Neighbors are friendly , which coming from New York City - you don’t get that at all. The office team are excellent , especially Shan- the first person when I called about the complex and gave me the best experience of it all. When things needs to be done -she the girl to call. Dakota- Friendly , Kind , Respectful. The Community Events are good where people could their neighbors. The Pest Control /Maintenance Team - basically they are family and I recommend this complex to live because you can’t find any other place then this one.

Clean & Quiet
My spouse & I relocated from another state. After viewing 34 apts in 4 days, The Meridian was our last stop. It truly was love at first sight. Yes the property looks like the pictures. The property is clean & quiet. We truly feel at home here. Shan who is in charge of leasing is funny, real, kind and very welcoming. The workers on the property are very quick with maintenance request. Light bulbs to installing a new shelf in the closet, they do it all and quickly. We will be staying here for a while!

Great property
I’ve been living at the Meridian for almost 6 years now and the community is beautiful and the staff working is extremely responsive to the renters. Amenities are beautiful and always kept clean!
