Property Ratings at The Oaks Apartments

The Oaks
The Oaks is set on a beautiful, tree lined property. It's like camping everyday. The apartment has plenty of storage and maintenance is no problem. We lived here a few years ago for 2 years and returned and have been here for 3 years now. If we didn't want to be in our home town, we would stay and a big plus is free laundry in every building. We are close to everything and we will miss the Oaks.

This place is an absolute dump! They are old and not refurbished. They advertise luxury living. So untrue! Stay far away!
