Property Ratings at The Sofia
I moved in this apartment May 1st and I broke my lease within 2 months. The walls are super thin. You can hear everything. The property manager never responds back to you. You have to send several messages. Parking is very tight. You can find a better apartment in the same area. Avoid this place at all cost!
Management is horrible at responding and inconsiderate with issues. Parking is extremely difficult in rear of building, they jam packed to fit more spots that should be there so backing your is a challenge. Units are extremely noisy, you can hear EVERYTHING in your neighbors units.
Such a great level of communication with management. The new manager is so sweet and caring. We needed a manager like this for a while! Thanks to the company!
I'm a new move in and I had to write a review. This place is so nice and clean. And the location is 10 out of 10. The manger Harout was such a Jem. He was so sweet and attentive and helpful with everything I needed to know about the community and neighborhood. Will recommend this place to anyone.
