Located about 20 miles west of Downtown Phoenix, Goodyear is a scenic suburb experiencing rapid growth. The city is named after the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, which purchased 16,000 acres of cotton farmland in the area to aid in the production of their tires. If anyone is looking for apartment don’t come to the Paseo! They fail to tell the truth about anything and we haven’t been here a year and have had both vehicles broken into one of which stolen due to the “parking lot security” they claim to have! half the gated doors don’t lock or even close this place is truly not what they advertise it to be! So don’t waste your time looking here! We’ve also seen many drug deals in parking lot as well as fatalities in and around complex! Stolen cars seem to be a regular here according to Goodyear Police Department! This is an official review by yours truly!

This is not only a very clean and quiet community but the ladies in the office are FANTASTIC! Danielle was unbelievably helpful through this entire move for me.
