ARIUM Lake Lynn

My whole experience here so far (one month in), from applying to moving and settling in, has been wonderful. Management is attentive and kind, the community is friendly, and you can't beat living right on the lake. My apartment and this complex has felt like home much faster than I expected.

Respectful residents, great amenities, fast and efficient maintenance, we’ll kept property and great location.

Overall I love it here ! Lake view is priceless.. pool is great .. nice people..

Quietest apartment I’ve ever lived in (I have moved around a lot!). Lakeside location is too perfect for words and makes me feel wealthier than I am :-D Residential and Maintenance staff are super friendly and responsive. Loving it here.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews, but remember there are two sides to every story. I have never had an issue or bad experience and I have lived here for almost 9 years. It is an older community, things happen that need repair. I have recommended this community to happy current residents! ??

ARIUM Lake Lynn is convenient, secure, well landscaped, requests are answered promptly. I am a senior and don't look to move as long as they will have me.

My experience with Arium Lake Lynn has been nothing but positive. Starting from my initial inquiry to move in, everything went smoothly. Even after a month here, I am still very satisfied with my choice to move into this complex. The staff have all been friendly and any work orders I've submitted were completed on time and without issue. The grounds are beautiful and it's so nice living right on the lake. I highly recommend this complex!

ARIUM Lake Lynn is a nice area with friendly folk and immediate access to the lake! It's in a great location that is close to all sorts of major shopping centers.

I have lived here for a long time and I have seen management come and go. Krystal (the current manager) has done an amazing job improving all the amenities, and construction on the buildings as well! It is an older complex. Sense the new team has been here, there has been constant positive change. I recommend this community to anyone! Well done

Arium at Lake Lynn is Raleigh's best kept secret. Living on the lake, with it's nature walk and wild life, is a paradise in the middle of the city.

With Lake Lynn literally in my back door I love living here. Everyone in the community has been super friendly and moving here was one of the best decisions I've made recently.

What I love about living here is seeing the beauty of Lake Lynn every day, and the wildlife it sustains. In my first week here, two baby great blue herons made an appearance with their mom nearby, a crew from NC State found a 30-lb snapping turtle near the shore, and a young fisherman caught a 5.5-lb. bass as I crossed a bridge on the trail next to the lake. These encounters, and having the trail just steps from my apartment door, enrich my life, and add so much to living in a lovely wooded setting in a thoughtfully-planned apartment complex.

If you want to have an apt that you don't won't to ever leave, this is the place. I don't intend on moving unless they kick me out because they are tired of me, not that I am tired of them.

Arium is a wonderful lake community that I recommend to anyone looking for an apartment. Management and staff are absolutely wonderful as well as the maintenance!

I love the setting of trees and lake. This is a much older apartment complex with all of the older issues as very thin walls, plumbing problems and the such. There are some improvements being made it will just take time. The office staff are personable and efficient.

The Arium Lake Lynn has some of the most friendly staff in the area! They're always kind, personable and thoughtful, even calling us to check on us when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, asking us if we were okay and if there was anything they could do? It doesn't get much better than that!

It is a good place to live and the staff is very helpful.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with an apartment team. The front office, manager and maintenance team have all been great to work with and always make sure put their residents at their top priority. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great community in Raleigh!

Aruim at Lake Lynn is an Affordable Apartment Area in a great area within walking distance of Lake Lynn. Very quiet community with plenty of tree coverage.

Overall i have enjoyed my stay at ARIUM Lake Lynn and plan to stay until i decide to own a home!

This has been a wonderful experience from visit to move in. The staff is a delight to speak with the property is beautiful and Im proud to call it home! The welcome gifts were a great touch as well!

I have had a great overall experience since Arium has taken over the community. The office personnel is always pleasant and my maintenance needs are always taken care of with great concern in a timely fashion

Dont love it here anymore. The buildings all have serious issues that arent properly maintained.

Arium at Lake Lynn is a large apartment complex that is adjacent to Lake Lynn, where you can walk/access from our complex. Two pool in opposite sides of the complex. Arium at Lake Lynn is very convenient to all highways and through-fares. The complex is clean, has safe living, as well as has all the amenities you may like, IE. washer/dryer, fireplace, ceiling fans, and a screened in patio with storage, but each apartment has different amenities. Tons of storage and closet space as well as a quick response from maintenance and friendly/courteous staff.

For the most part things have been pretty good, being that I'm not a complainer.

Terrible crime and drugs, stay safe and stay clear. Management turns a blind eye and just is here to raise your rent at the end of each lease term. Also the office is doing all they can to never see or talk to tenants. Every transaction must be done electronically. No customer care at all. Run run far away.

If they would restrict big dogs, and respond to dog related complaints in a way that actually resolves them...and if the rent would be raised yearly at a lower amount, or not at all for current residents...then I would rave about the beauty of Lake Lynn all year round, the convenience of access to the 2.5 mile scenic walkway around the Lake, and the uniquely quaint and cozy floorplans in 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes. The location is easy to get to main arteries of the Triangle: 540, 440, HWY 70 & Glenwood Ave. Plus food and shopping, movies, a good choice of grocery chains and the Crab Tree Valley Mall all near-by.

Professional staff. Quick response to maintenance requests. Nice lake trails. Overall peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

It's a pretty chill place to live at. There's plenty of shops and grocery places to go to within a mile. Plus, the apartment complex is just outside the hustle and bustle of Glennwood Ave -which is great since the trees block out the sounds of traffic. Oh, and the Raleigh Police West location is only a mile away, so it's safe. There's even some schools nearby if you have kids. The Apartment Complex here do provide community gatherings, such as the 'Going Back to School' event or blood drives.
