Worth Applying
The apartments are very nice and there is a small playground for children right in the center of the complex! So far management has been very nice and helpful especially our leasing agent. I’m very happy with my experience and time here.

Terrible Management!!
No lights at night in hallway. I’ve contacted maintenance and nothing done. Hope no one falls down the concrete stairs!! Dumpster area overflowing. Trash everywhere. Parking is scarce. Not a good place for children.

What a management mess
Residents being allowed to destroy this community with drug use and dealing, prostitution, dog and cat feces everywhere and discarded trash and food everywhere. All the good original people have left or are leaving including myself and being replaced with undesirables all of which are Section 8 recipients that don't work and sell and use drugs and hang around in building entrances and doorways. New management woman Aurora is no where to be seen and doesn't address any complaints or issues and could care less except for payment of rent wherever the dirty money comes from. All factual and truthful comments and statements!
