Property Ratings at The Trellis Apartments
Overall, this is a great place to live! The apartments are huge and beautifully updated. It's in a super safe and quiet area, which is my number one concern as a 20-something female. In the year I lived there I didn't have any major problems. The biggest negative is how rude the people in the Wainwright office, which is just up the street, were when I went to pay my rent or submit a maintenance request. However, the maintenance staff themselves were all super friendly and knew me by name. I did have to put in several maintenance requests (10-12). It's the kind of apartment where they've updated it to look ascetically pleasing, but haven't done much to the infrastructure. My AC unit broke five times, but each time it was fixed promptly. Other than that, they were small issues. Pros Huge, pretty apartments Quiet Nice neighbors, including a couple cops Convenient to shopping, dining, etc. Cons Office people are rude No pets Old building
This apartment is in a central location of town. It takes no more than 15 minutes to get to anywhere in town. It is quiet here and the buildings and grounds are well maintained. If there are ever any problems or anything needing to be fixed, you are helped immediately. To see so affordable, the apartments are modern and updated, as well as spacious with plenty of storage space. This is the perfect starter apartment for the young professional or even for a couple .
