As a resident for going on 8 years, I’ve really enjoyed my stay at The Villages of Banyan Grove. I personally have had very few issues, and the issues I have had are resolved or corrected in a timely manner with respect and a sense of urgency. The grounds are always immaculate, the units are spacious, and my neighbors are also generally long-term residents too. Goes to show the quality of life and “bang for your buck” that Banyan Grove has to offer. Maintenance staff is without a doubt the best team out of any other apartment community that I have lived. Life here has allowed me to focus on my professional work and family life without added worry or stress that so often comes from modern day apartment life. Thank you all!

Banyan Grove is a nice neighborhood. Any minor issue we've had so far has been resolved quickly. The office staff is respectful and the maintenance people I've met so far, have been nice. It feels good to be living in a community that cares about its residents.

Here at Banyon Groves, management strives to address work orders within 24 hrs. I have put in several work orders over the years and this maintenance staff is always 'spot on',responding the same day. Most recently they were here in 24 minutes! Exceptional service!

Our community is constantly being upgraded and improved—e.g., carriage lighting along all the roads, handy receptacles to toss junk mail at the mailboxes, the installation of hurricane windows, the repainting of all building exteriors, and recently the repaving of all the streets—which shows that management is very attentive to the upkeep of the property as well as the convenience of the residents.

The villages are a very unique facility. Not only are the staff exceptional but the amenities are great and the property is well-maintained. Overall I’ve had an amazing experience with this community. From the application process through the first couple of months after move in. The amenities are nice (especially the valet trash, taking trash to a dumpster has always been the vain of my existence) to the pool and car wash center. My living experience has been fantastic for both me and my two children. The community is safe and quiet and I value you this extremely as a single mom. The price of rent is well balanced for all that is offered, I find it extremely fair to someone who can afford it. I don’t plan on leaving this community until I’m ready to purchase our forever home. ??
