Wow

The apartments are what they are not really renovated and then the asking price for rent was almost outrageous for what they considered new and updated the sidewalks look newer than the entire kitchen in the unit we were shown overall it’s probably better to go somewhere else because after I told the landlord what I thought of it if I was going to be moving in she got a really bad attitude and then told me she didn’t even know if units were going to be available anytime soon.

Old and Run down

I actually lived here for 3 years, and there is good and bad with this place. The buildings itself really are outdated and small, however for the price it is hard to find that value. Neighborhood is very quite, and only had one situation where gun shots where fired in the parking lot (no fault of the place, just thugs finding a parking lot). Maintenance was give and take at times, but over all satisfactory. I feel a huge problem is the attitude of the lady in the front office. I believe strongly she has the best intents however her bitterness and unprofessional attitude needs adjustment. As most apartments they are a stepping stone towards a house which is much cheaper. This lady actually told others when we tried to move out that we pay late, and not to rent/sell to us. Each time my wife and I caller her she would be rude and treat us like trash. Keep in mind we lived there for 3 years, and I admit my rent might not of been on the 1st but it was taken care of the first week of that month. Give and take, she worked with us yet very nasty in the process. Needless to say, we moved on to a bigger and better place that fits our family. I would recommend Town and Country as a stepping stone to live. My only last comment would be to have them have regular exterminators treat the buildings as this is a first floor apartment and that is what most places do and how to take care of their property.

Helpful, comfortable and welcoming.

The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse are perfect for any small family. They made sure our new home was ready early because we needed it earlier than it was originally going to be ready. They worked with us on the move in cost and have easily become our new favorite complex. Very kind office workers, very nice neighbors. Very happy to call this home.

Town And Country Apartments

Very peaceful. The maintenance and office staff are extremely accommodating! Fenced in back patio, 2 floors, ample kitchen, living, and bedroom space, washer and dryer hookup. I have lived here for a few years and can tell you this is literally the best value in town... I"ve checked. Highly recommended 5 stars all the way!

town and country apartments erlanger ky

Town and Country apartments are in a great location less than five minutes from 75 and 275,also just minutes away from crestview hills mall and many resturants. The apartments are comfortable, clean, and well maintained. There is a pool for tenants as well as a playground. On site laundry is available as well as washer/dryer hook ups in apartments. Rent is resonable and some utilities are included.
