I have been a resident at Towne-Bridge Place Apartments for almost a year, I love living here. After touring several apartments in the nearby area I knew this is the one I wanted to call home. Peaceful and quiet small community, well kept grounds. Mostly working people coming and going there is never a day I felt "unsafe". I love the fact that maintenance goes above and beyond to meet your needs usually responding in a decent time. Property can use some updates as far as updating kitchen and bathroom cabinets, etc. Apartment was squeaky clean when I moved in! Nowhere is perfect. This apartment complex is a hidden gem on the westbank. I am happy with my choice to move here!
I have lived at the Townebridge Apartments now for a little over a year, and I have had very few issues throughout my time here. The office staff is very friendly. When I walk into the office, I know that I am going to be treated well. The maintenance staff works very quickly and efficiently to handle any problems that you may have. As an example, I recently put in a request about my A/C leaking, and within a few hours, they were there and fixed the problem. However, one of the main reasons why I decided to renew my lease is the reason why I decided to come to Townebridge in the first place. It is a very clean, quiet, and peaceful community. If your looking for a new apartment in the area, I would seriously consider Townebridge!

I moved into Towne-bridge Apartments after a bad experience with another apartment complex. The move-in went well. The neighbors are quiet and the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. They are professional and are quick to fix problems when they arise.

I have been a resident for a year here. I have no issues at all. The office staff is friendly and welcome you any time. They take care of all of your questions and take any maintenance issues seriously. It is a quiet place and I sleep well. It is very clean. The pool area is always kept up. The maintenance technicians are so good, I can’t believe they have such a quick response time. One time they just gave me an ac filter and it is not their responsibility to do it but I thought that was so considerate.

I renewed my contract with them since it is a good place to live in. Recommended apartment place here in the Westbank. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood, always kept clean, assistive and accommodating staff, quick to respond with repairs.
My boyfriend and I were apartment shopping we came upon this particular apartment complex and we really loved the tour and Ms. Shawnell was very nice! Hopefully this will be our future home everything is so clean and a nice environment.

Great apartment complex with easy access to everything. Very quiet and tranquil place to live. Also it has great office management all around very nice people. Couldn't pick an better place to stay!
I love it here it very nice and the staff is wonderful. The pool alway cleans the grass cut down .they also have a place to walk my dog.i would tell anybody who looking for a place to live this is the place not too many kids and very quite here just love it
