The location is great; however, that's about all I can say that is positive about this rental. The townhomes look nice at first glance but the construction is of poor quality. There are ZERO amenities, the landscaping is not well maintained, there is always trash all over the property, the doggy stations are always sitting on the ground, overflowing with trash, and some don't even have a trash can! Oh, and the office manager is WHACK! Total liar and a waste of time. The management team raised everyone's rent this year by almost 26%! They do not care about maintaining good tenants, they only care about their bottom line. They have done NOTHING to improve the property, only require more money for rent. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!
