Property Ratings at Townhouse South Apartments
I recently moved into Townhouse South Apartments and had a terrible experience at first with management; however since then a new manager named Meagan has taken over and I have been taking care of completely. I have noticed so many changes in the past month and can see the difference so keep up the good work!
After a month of being on the premises I found bedbugs. After speaking with my neighbors I was told that the couple residents before me were out on a Wednesday and I received my keys the next Friday. I was told that during the 48 hours prior to me moving in there was no exterminating done. I spoke with the office and was informed that it would cost me $300 out of pocket. When I called the corporate office and left a voicemail with my name and the location of the property with my telephone number. Instead of returning my call the lady at corporate calls the manager and I assumed questioned him about why a resident was calling from his property. She then emails me a response about how they sent exterminated out and there aren't any bedbugs. After speaking with the exterminator myself they assured me that after inspection there weren't any bedbugs on my apartment. I still threw out my old mattress and ordered NEW bedroom furniture. Here I am a month later and my new furniture is now infested with bedbugs and I think I'd rather break my lease and pay $285 rather than $300 For the exterminator

From the moment we first came and got an application we fell in love with this complex and it's staff they are fast acting and just wonderful.
This place has amazing rates and will work with any budget. Mine is smallbut it has what I'm looking for.
This is a very great three bedroom apartment. There is also two and one bedroom apartments avalible .It is very spacious. Its modern. The appliances are new. The A/C works , The restrooms are a decent size not too big, but not small either. Its a pretty good, nice and respectful community. The Dumpster is Close by. It has a pool. The electricity is cheap.Has walk-in closets in all units. Its a ten overall.
