The location is great especially if you have to walk. Stores close and right on convenient bus line. Apt is large and has lots of storage. Floor plan is well executed and has great air flow with fans for air cirulation. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Location is also close to walking and biking trails which is great
We have been living here for over 4 years and just signed another 1 year lease. We love this quiet and comfortable community. It is just a quick walk to the grocery store and the beautiful Springwater Trail. Our apartment is spacious and has a lot of storage and closet space. My wife especially enjoys have a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We would recommend Trailside to anyone looking to live in Gresham.
