They are clean and affordable. The management and maintenance staff are great. Quick to respond to problems.

I rent a 1 bed room apartment. It is pretty spacious. They also allow pets. Maintenance is pretty quick to repair things when called. Grass is always cut.

I have lived here for about 4 years and I love it here. Tonya in the office is that sweetest lady. She cares about the tenants. They will work with you if you keep them informed about your situation. It is quiet and no one bothers me. The maintenance crew comes when something needs fixed. I have no complaints about these apartments.

NIce spacious 1 Bedroom apartments and nice community. Been here going on two years now and have had nothing but positive interactions with the community.

I love that there's aanager on site. Maintenance is pretty quick. Pet friendly. Laundry room is usually available. There's always a place to park. All in all a good place to live.

This place is a dog friendly environment its has the best air system and maintenance ppl

It's just okay. Extremely outdated and they wont update it. When i moved in the hot water or heat wasn't working. Half of the outlets in the unit don't work, there's squirrels in the walls, the shower is horrible since the hot water pipes barely work, even the bathtub faucet is chipped and broken. Wish they cared enough to check out these things before letting a tenant move in.

I've honestly not had any problems with this complex. The office staff is always friendly and eager to help. Maintenance is typically on top of any maintenance requests. It's generally pretty quiet for the most part and it's super convenient as far as it's proximity to stores, food and entertainment. I just signed my second year lease.

Hey I’m Paula I live here The place here is quiet. The people here are quiet, and they mind their own business inside the apartment is nice good thing about it is my sister lives across the street from me.

I've lived in Turtle Creek for 2 years now and I've yet to experience any problems. I've been lucky to have met some wonder folks here as well as been surround with good neighbors. I will continue to live here for as long as I can personally for me located at a perfect locations and I have no complaints.

they don't really care about there tents and you have to mail your rent payments in I think that is really stupid. When you need something fixed you have to call 2 or more numbers and they never call you back or it takes them a long time to get to your problem. There are a bunch of drugs in the apartment complex. When you pay your rent the amount is different from one month to the other.

I should've NEVER moved here. I have two small children I've been here for 3 months and I've only had air THE FIRST TWO DAYS while living up stairs in the summer heat !They say they fix things but never do , their maintenance system is USELESS !i want to get out of my lease , I need to get out of my lease.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I've had the housing authorities to my apartment and the trashy maintenance man has done NOTHING and won't answer or return my calls. I sought legal help (thank GOD) and am now LEGALLY BREAKING MY LEASE. These are horrendous people that care nothing about the tenants, whatsoever. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!! 01/08/2019

If i can give it zero i would! Bugs galore. And when you call the office about them they say they’re going to get envirosafe and don’t. My sink is broken and i called in over 5 months ago and still hasn’t been replaced. When i moved in there was a bunch of mold in my shower and i called and emailed it in and they did not respond. There’s a bunch of drug dealing going on @ the apartment complex. Your rent is not consistent at all. They will say your rent is late when you mailed it in on time they just cashed it late. It’s absolutely horrible i wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy

I've been living in my 2 bedroom apartment for one week and already thinking about breaking my lease. The lady at the front office is so unprofessional. My air has been broke since I moved in and mantinence won't answer the phone and they don't return any phone calls either. The apartment on the inside is decent. But honestly Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you can.

Me and my boyfriend just recently applied to the Colony, and hoping to get a call back soon. Their prices are VERY reasonable especially for what you get, its nestled away and very quiet. Close to major shopping centers, and major bus lines. If your looking for your first apartment or something more to fit your budget the Colony is good for you.

Their was Black mold in my shower and above my toilet . The rent was suppose to be 514 a month every month the rent got higher (656)The 4 months I lived their the toilet NEVER worked I had to fill a bucket up with water and pour it in the toilet to flush it. Not to mention they NEVER fixed anything oh and by the way I have a 1 year old daughter who had to live in those conditions.

He had a 1 bedroom apartment an I want to say from overnight stays that ill be applying for my apartment this month. Apartments are nice an spacious with carpet flooring making it comfortable an home fitting. The ac was wonderful, heat on point an the closet space is enough for the extra baggage! Nice surrounding areas, very convenient if you need to go out an do a little shopping. Pricing is reasonable an fair an If you have a need for an apartment like me an coming toward the end of your lease try considering turtle creek/ colony apartments make the call an go have a look see.
