Property Ratings at Tuscany Luxury Townhomes
The townhome itself is fine-needs some updates and repairs, but the reason these townhomes are so wonderful to live in is the management. Luis is an absolute gem! He and the rest of the team are kind, compassionate, professional, and on top of things. In my fifteen years of renting, I have never lived in a rental that had such great management.
Beautiful property located near good food and parks. Buildings are very well kept by a fantastic management team. Lived here for a year, wish I wouldve saved years of trouble at other properties (5 total in 5 years) and started at these when I moved to Laredo.
I resided at Tuscany Townhomes for two years. The staff are courteous and professional at all times. Maintenance needs are addresses quickly and efficiently. The facilities and landscaping are well maintained year-round. This was the best rental experience I have ever had.
We have lived here almost two years now and everything from the management to the quiet community has been great! Anytime we have any maintenance issues the management handles it right away. Would recommend this to anyone moving to Laredo or just anyone looking for a great living experience. Beautifully kept inside and out. Worth the money and has been our greatest living experience in Laredo. Thank you Tuscany Townhomes!
The place looks like Italy, the environment is peaceful, clean and full of nice looking trees and fountains. The management is efficient and courteous. I personally highly recommend Tuscany apartment homes, if you are the kind of people who like peace and comfort.
