PERFECT # YEARS
Very Very CLEAN and virtually sound proof. Beautifully landscaped and PLENTY of FREE PARKING. I wouldn't have moved from this wonderful neighborhood if it wasn't for job relocation. Fantastic staff with almost always same day response. They know you by name and are always smiling. NO rent increase while I lived there.

Definitely some problems.
Landlord seemed pretty nice at first and the place seemed reasonable when I first looked at it (until I was there awhile and realized there are similarly sized apartments with cheaper rents). Turned out, the staff showed up multiple times to my place without any prior notice (not even a call saying they were coming through that day). Toward the end, the landlord came to my apartment to show it without any notice at all. I felt like I had no control over the thermostat and the temperature in my apartment changed outside of my control. Ended up finding a couple of cockroaches toward the end, which may have signaled the beginning of a bigger problem. Finally, the landlord ended up being unresponsive and unhelpful. There are better apartments in the area.

Less Than Satisfied.
I first moved in, and thought the landlord to be very nice. But after dealing with cramped parking issues, broken laundry machines, cockroaches, and broken mailboxes, I think differently. The landlord just shrugs off complaints with smart remarks, and doesn't do anything about them. This place is highly-priced for what one gets, and it isn't much.
