Located in the northeast plains of Oklahoma, Tulsa is a historic city of nearly half a million people on the banks of the Arkansas River. Known for more than a century as a major oil and gas production center, Tulsa’s economy has grown into the aerospace and technology sectors more and more in the last few decades, and is home to a blossoming media industry as well.
Head to Cherry Street if you’re looking for a relaxing dinner or coffeehouse, or pop over to Brookside for a more energetic shopping, dining, and nightlife scene. Tulsa continuously earns recognition for being exceptionally walkable and bike-friendly; in fact, one of the community’s favorite annual events is the Tulsa Tough, a three-day bicycle race festival with parties for riders and non-riders alike to enjoy.

Property Ratings at University Club Apartments
Apartments are SPACIOUS with beautiful views. Peaceful atmosphere.
I have been here just over 3-years and absolutely love it. The location is super convenient; the staff is always helpful and kind; the views and natural lighting are spectacular; the neighbors are 99% awesome; the building is older BUT has true character. Definitely a great place!
I like it at this apartment complex. A big down fall is the elevators are always broken and you ma get stuck from time to time. (Which is scary)?
Love it here! Great views, great neighbors, and awesome maintenance staff. They respond quickly to any concerns.
I am absolutely enamored with my one-bedroom apartment at University Club Apartments! The views from my bedroom, living area, and workspace are absolutely awe-inspiring, and I have the privilege of witnessing the sunset daily. I take pleasure in using the fitness center 4-5 times a week, and the pool is also a fantastic amenity during the warm summer months. The staff and maintenance team here are genuinely outstanding. They are always ready to address any queries I may have and are prompt in resolving any potential issues. I am particularly impressed by their professionalism and kindness. I look forward to making University Club my home for the foreseeable future.
Amazing view, has great amenities. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to issues and fix the issue
I have been living here for over a year and the property is great. Anytime I submit a maintenance request it gets taken care of within 1-2 days. The leasing ladies are great and always kind and willing to help. The apartment layout is nice and unique. The only draw back is that it is an older building, so there are parts of it that aren't the best maintained and sometimes there are insects. They are maintained to the best they can tho.
We have lived here around 3 years and it has been amazing. The views and the Pool is awesome! The building is clean and the staff is great. Highly recommend!
I have lived at The University Club Apartments on one of the top floors for almost the past year and have no plans to leave any time soon. I love it here! I've had very few issues and anything I have needed has been rectified quickly. The leasing and management staff is awesome. The communal spaces are amazing, can't beat the view (especially 4th of July). My only complaint is I wish I could buy my unit, haha.
Staff and residents are very friendly. Cool spot with so much to do.
I love my one-bedroom apartment at University Club Apartments! I have the most beautiful views from my living room, bedroom, and office space, and I get to watch the sunset from my living room every night. I also enjoy the gym facility nearly everyday, and I enjoy the pool in the summer time. I have met the best staff here! They always answer my questions and help me when any issue comes up. I plan to stay here for as long as I can!
The property itself has great views, regardless of which direction you are facing. The apartment also comes with really nice amenities, including but not limited to: resort style pool, billiards area, library/study, and a mini theater. Last but not least, the management group here is top notch, always happy to help with any questions or concerns.
University Club is simply the only choice in the city. The amenities are amazing, the apartments are modern and impressive with affordable pricing, and their maintenance staff is top-notch and responsive. I don't actually have any complaints, especially when compared to their competition.
I really enjoy living here. The views are of course amazing but the other amenities here are really good. The package room, the movie room, and the snack shop are some of my favorites. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The maintenance and cleaning people are always prompt and knowledgable. I work downtown so the location is great. Having Cherry St. just down the road is very convenient. I will hopefully be here for many years to come.
Love the location and unique floorplan shapes. Office staff are very friendly. Great views. There are some downsides, but they're all directly linked to positive things. The units can be have trouble with insulation, because it's an old building with large windows. There's quite a bit of street noise, because it's located on a busy street. Nothing can be hung from the ceiling easily, because it is solid concrete. Has a large fitness center, but the fluorescent lights make so much noise that I never go. Maintenance team is so helpful and very responsive when anything happens. Ultimately 4/5.
I recently moved to Tulsa and I am so glad I made the decision to live at University Club. I initially was looking at other apartments around Tulsa but I felt that they were extremely overpriced for the square footage and amenities. University Club's apartments are extremely spacious and have tons of windows with natural light. It is also located in a great area with Gathering Place and the riverside trails all seconds away. The management puts on lots of fun events and has giveaways which is really nice. The only downsides to living here are that parking can potentially be very high up in the winding parking garage, and there are not many built-in light fixtures or cabinets. I didn't know the living room or bedrooms didn't have overhead lighting so our first few days living here were pretty dark until we could go buy some lamps- not a big deal overall I just wish I would've known before-hand. The storage situation has been fixed by buying lots of storage furniture and using space creatively, so once again not a huge deal. I still think it's a steal for the price, amenities, service, and square footage!
I love my apartment and my views! The management team is amazing and they are always working to improve things for us. It is very much appreciated!
I’ve lived in this complex for almost 3 years now and I’ve never had a problem. Any maintenance I need done they do same day and I’ve always felt safe here.
Great staff, clean, very dog friendly with amazing views.
Been living here 5 months and it is about as good as it gets. The location is second to none - across from riverside trail, 5 minute drive to Brookside, 5 minutes to Cherry Street, 5 minutes to downtown. With access to riverside getting out south is extremely conveniently as well. Staff is polite and attentive, and handles any issue in a timely manner.
This is THE place to live in Tulsa. The view from my balcony each night is breathtaking. Right now, the fall colors are full splendor but the fireworks on the Fourth of July are beyond words. The amenities here are the best: washer/dryer in the apartment, the largest apartment gym, perhaps in the state and a beautiful outdoor pool. What is more fun than living in an iconic building with unique rooms created by the round architecture. You must see the inside!!!
The Leasing Team was very courteous and responsive and worked with me on a flexible lease start date. When I requested an apartment filter change or repair they were very attentive and prompt. Thank you!
Great location with fabulous light, beautiful windows and great closets. We love the balcony, hard floors and great in-unit laundry facilities. Love the parking garage too! The common spaces are something we use every day!
Great views, good facilities, parking sucks, fire alarms suck
The University Club Apartments is an excellent place to live. I moved in a couple of months ago and I love it here. Very nice apartments.
Good price for an excellent location! Admin and maintenance are friendly and responsive.
Just moved in and love this place! The amenities are great. Pool with outdoor grilling area, large fitness center with yoga and spin classes, and dog park. Very pet friendly. Everyone here is so nice. Definitely know I made the right decision picking this apartment complex.
Great place to live. Amenities are top notch: dog park, pool, gym, best views in the city. Maintenance staff is always helpful and friendly. I live in a studio and couldn't be happier. The studio layout is perfect (bedroom area has a partition), really nice kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and plenty of room. Dog friendly.
I have lived here for 5 years and can't see myself living anywhere else. Not only is the staff accommodating, they take the extra step to follow up to make sure your needs are met. I love this building and its location. There is a great mix of residents and the services and amenities are better than what I've seen at other large apartment buildings...movie theater, small sundry store, awesome pool, and a dog park are just a few!
Moved here without every having set foot in Oklahoma, and from the very beginning the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was fully prepared to move in! From sending me photos of available units to making sure I had everything I needed to make a cross-country move-in work as seamlessly as possible, there is no limit to the praise I could give this management team. Moriah, Jodi, every single one of them works hard so that all their tenants have to worry about is when they should hit the impeccably maintained pool. There is NO question that the Towers is worth every single penny, and is THE best choice for Tulsa living.
University club has been an amazing place to live. I moved here at the beginning of the pandemic and been working from home since March 2020. At University we have BY FAR the best views in the city. They keep it clean and safe. Being able use the amenities such as the gym, game room and movie theater has been great. It is very secure and the staff always goes above and beyond!
I love living here! I have had great experiences all around. The value for the price is great-covered garage parking, safe interior access, in-unit washer/dryer, water paid, great staff! Also, the University Club is only 5-7 minutes from practically everywhere I go.
UC is a great downtown location. Next to Riverside Drive, close to The Gathering Place and all the downtown restaurants. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance crew are quick to respond to requests. Covered parking, pool and full size gym are nice amenities. As far as apartment living goes, it's a good choice. FF
The apartments do not have sprinklers, which are required by the fire code. This is not a safe place to live.
This place is excellent. The view is incredible and the staff is really wonderful. It was not our plan to move into an apartment when we sold our house, but this has been the most perfect change in plans. Very highly recommend moving here. Very tight knot community. We’ve made a ton of friends and it’s nice they are so pet friendly. We felt at home immediately!
I wrote a review like a year and a half ago shortly after i moved in....now here's another one!! I STILL love it here!! Just signed a new lease and have NO plans leaving anytime soon. Why you ask? The uniqueness of the apartments, the numerous amenities, the friendly and helpful staff and the views!! They love their tenants and organize community events all the time that are WELL attended. Its just a cool place to live.
I’ve been at the club tower for two years now. I love this place. Great staff. Great neighbors. All around great environment. Definitely would recommend this place.
The apartments themselves are pretty nice and roomy. The staff is great in helping with anything and is always having some sort of community event going on.
Great place to live with a great location to everything! Haven't had a problem with anything or anyone here. Awesome modern design with great amenities.
Excellent and courteous Staff and maintenance is always prompt. Amazing facilities and amenities, and oddly enough, some of the fastest elevators I've ever been on.
Amenities are great. Everyone is friendly and kind. Maintenance is almost instant
It is only a 5-15 minute drive from anywhere fun: downtown, brookside, cherry street, Utica square, the gathering place, turkey mountain. Everything in the apartments is freshly updated and modern. The view makes you happy to see it every day (especially riverside views). These apartments are the best value in Tulsa and come with every amenity you could think of. That being said, they are only getting more expensive with everything building up in the area, so get in ASAP.
Great location to highways and downtown. Also the amenities and the view are spectacular!!
Living here is great! The layout of the unit is so modern and unique with how it’s shaped like a piece of pie. The island in the kitchen made it so worth choosing the one bedroom instead of a studio. Plus with all of the natural light from all the windows there is no need for light fixtures in the living room or bed room, just need to get a couple lamps so it’s not pitch black at night. It’s been so fun living here so far! Especially since we are just a $5-$10 uber away from Cain’s ballroom or the bars downtown.
My son moved in a couple of months ago, and this is the best place we could have picked for him. We are from out of state, so it was a little concerning at first doing everything by phone and online. But the day he arrived, he called me on FaceTime so excited. He said it was better than the photos the young lady in the office sent him. Thank you to her, she was so helpful and very efficient with the entire process, thank you Megan. My son is very happy and is proud to have visitors in his new place. We were able to visit him this last weekend, and we are just ecstatic with this place. It truly is beautiful, it looks more like a place we would have back home in Chicago. We have been very impressed with the apartment, the office staff, amenities, and the maintenance team. He needed the smallest repair taken care of, and they showed up that same day. He has lived in several apartments now, and so far this has been the best place. My husband and I could not get over his view, it just is so beautiful. As a parent living in another state, it is very comforting to know he is living in a good place. Thank you all!
University Club has truly terrific views of the river, downtown, midtown, etc. The staff are great (very responsive), apartments are updated and very comfortable (stainless steel appliances, real granite counter tops), and the property has tons of amenities (movie theater, full gym, on-site dog park, resort-style pool, etc.). People here are also very, very friendly. There is a real sense of community. Only negative we've experienced is being unable to fix walls that a previous tenant has altered (paper mache that looks absolutely terrible). Other than that, we are very happy here.
I love coming home to the stunning views of the river and down town. I haven't lived in an apartment for 20 years, but this place feels like home in Tulsa. Posted by dax, lookin for Scobey snacks.
From the beginning there has been hot water issues. I had to fix the toilet myself. The water pressure in the shower is awful; so, I have to wash my hair in the kitchen sink. Been doing so for months. The dishwasher is not only loud, it isn’t flush on the sides; so, it leaks. I’m still waiting for them to fix it. One of the balcony windows won’t close. Not to mention, in the winter, the insane draft coming in under the balcony door. My electric bill was through the roof. In the summertime wasps are horrible. I don’t care what floor you’re on, if you sit out on the balcony, you’ll be chased back inside. One of the main reasons I wanted to live here was the view. It’s hard to enjoy the view through windows covered in dried mud. The washing machine & dryer, I’m not sure which is worse. I have to run both of them multiple times just to get ONE load done. And they beep super loud when finished. Also, during the day, there is a continuous noise-I don’t know exactly what it is-it sounds like a drill. Even more irritating, are the ear piercingly loud emergency alarms that go off way too frequently. No one takes them seriously. You can constantly hear the elevators. The parking garage situation... if you happen to be one of the unlucky folks who has a spot close to the garbage... your car will smell like trash & in the summer you will have to fight off flies. I wish I could say the staff is a pleasure to deal with; but, they are not. They act quite smug & are not helpful. There are a ton of places to live that are way cheaper & a lot nicer. Don’t waste your time or money here.
This place is the most at home we have ever felt in apartment living. Everyone knows each other, the amenities are spot on! Totally worth the cost of downtown living!
Moved in a couple months ago. Love this place, love the building, love Jennifer and the staff. They are always so friendly and helpful anytime I need them. We love our view of the River and west Tulsa. We really enjoy all the activities in the River Parks from our balcony. The gym is top. Itch and the convenience store is pretty handy. The units are very quiet. Anyone interest in downtown Tulsa living this unique apartment complex should be your first choice. Go see Jennifer today.
